Pros +
- Easy access on and off the highway. The hotel itself has loads of parking. As for the room, it was standard, clean, and easy to check in. The beds were comfy, there was a large shower area, and there was loads of room for luggage. The room and common areas were clean and tidy. We didn't have breakfast here; however, there is a large canteen. Very pet friendly, with loads of wild bunnies in the area, so remember to keep your dogs leashed.
- Breakfast was very good but should be served earlier than 6AM, room clean but foul smells were coming up from the shower drain, decent room lighting, quiet room, the exterior roll up shutter is great for noise, security, and light,
- The location close to Eurotunnel. Well guarded by the many border guards and gendarmes who use its accommodation too.
Cons -
- Nothing. The location was good. It is very near to the Euro Mall and tunnel. 10 minutes right out the door. Great place if you are taking Le Shuttle the next day.
- Breakfast served too late, don't like hard floors as they are cold, I prefer carpet, heat and air conditioning control was slow to react to commands, I don't like duvets as you have to have it on or off, I prefer to have sheets, blanket, and a bedspread so that you can layer, the close bar is oriented the 90 degrees to the way it should be,
- Actually there’s nothing we don’t like, having stayed here half a dozen times in the last couple of years.

The Originals has been extended and we were in a brand new room, Excellent comfort and facilities. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good but needs to be booked. Breakfast not so good, chice of food not as good as it used to be but OKSuperb car park and just 10 minutes from the tunnel
I just stayed overnight, going through the Eurotunnel in the morning. Perfect location for the purpose, Eurotunnel check-in and adjacent facilities (shopping, eating etc.) just a few minutes away. Overall the hotel is OK, very practical. My dog enjoyed the walk around the hotel, there are thousands of bunnies there!
The immediate area around the hotel is a business park.
Comfortable bed, very staff.
The wind under the bedroom door, and noise from the wind blowing wasn't great,
We requested a room on the ground floor with disabled access, which we got, wet room, was a bit slippery as the water went everywhere. Beds comfy, good nights sleep.Breakfast was good value for money. Would have been nice to have a few more coffee sachets and uht milk(none). The fan was a big help in cooling the room.
Had to wait nearly 10 minutes at reception before anyone turned up, we did arrive earlier than the time I had informed them. The room was very warm, as on ground floor unable to open window.
Location is convenient if traveling by carRoom is large and enough for the family stayStaff is friendly and accommodating
No air conditioning in the rooms! This is terrible. Was difficult to sleep. Opening windows was not an option because of the ventilation noise outside.
Location to le shuttle Tesla car chargersCleanliness of roomTea and coffee in roomExcellent breakfast Overall good value for money
Room was very hot with no air con but in fairness there was a floor fan in the corner of the open wardrobe but we did not see it as we'd hung a jacket up which obscured it further... we had to open the window but could then hear traffic / rumblings ? The heat of the room was the only downside of our stay.
Almost everything was good (once we found the hotel!!) Bathroom probably the best accessible one I've found in France - shower very good with loads of handrails. Reasonably priced evening meal. Staff friendly and helpful.
Directions!! Had to ask a local as could not find hotel. Didn't need 2nd bed in room - If I had been using a wheelchair (which I wasn't this time) I could not have accessed the bed. Could do with a drop down handrail by the toilet as well. Breakfast was slightly chaotic - hot food and bread not restocked, places not cleared or new ones laid. Dinner service was a bit rushed - starter arrived whilst still drinking apero ... probably due to having to serve large number of gendarmes (hotel used by border force teams).
Comfy clean. Just enough for van and trailer . Nice quiet out the way location.
Great location 10 Minutes to Le Shuttle Terminal in Calais.Perfect if you need want an overnight break before an early Le Shuttle and a long road journey in the UK.
A bit remote and industrial but that is more than outweighed by the convenience of its location.
The location to the shuttle is perfect. Rooms are really clean all be it a little small but we stayed one night with two dogs and had everything we needed. Large shopping complex is a few minutes away which was a godsend as the restaurant was full so we got a MacDonald's.
Rooms a little small and need a bit more ambient lighting as the lamps are too dark.
Location
Room 14 presented challenges due to its accessibility-focused design, which resulted in a less comfortable experience for non-disabled guests. Additionally, the shower hose exhibited a leak, affecting the quality of the shower.
friendly and helpful staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant.
dreary location, room was hot with no air conditioning, dinner was pretty bad.
Clean rooms with plenty of space and a nice bathroom, EV chargers on site although I didn't use them.
Cleanliness. Polite, helpful staff. The restaurant available. Nice room.
Nothing. A ‘map’ or diagram to help finding the hotel would help first-time visitors. We made a mess of it.
Stayed here with 2 dogs before going to the Eurotunnel. It's very close to the shopping centre too.
Very enjoyable hotel with very helpful staff, nice food nice room and easy access.
It's very convenient for the channel tunnel and dog friendly.
We stayed in room 124 about 3 weeks ago on our way to the UK. I complained about the drain smell in the shower room. The water only drains away very slowly. I suspect that is the cause. This week the same room same smell. Disappointing. Complained again.
