B&B HOTEL Calais Terminal Cité Europe 3 étoiles

Location, Breakfast.

Bathrooms and showers Small rooms Bed could be more comfortable

The location is perfect for those traveling on the LeShuttle. Unfortunately it’s in a very busy area and it’s difficult for travelers with pets - very few areas to walk the dogs and you have to walk through a busy parking area to access most green spaces. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to be accommodating.

The facilities were pretty dated, particularly the outdoor areas. Loading and unloading the car was difficult because of the high traffic in the car park.

The Staff was extremely friendly

The room was very lived down and the bed too small for 2 adults. The window was right towards a big street so you could not open it at all. Also there wasn't adequate lighting for the room.

The hotel was very close to the Eurostar, check in was swift and friendly, the beds were comfy, the shower was clean with great pressure. The hotel was very pet friendly. Our bedroom was spacious and the hotel was quiet. We got a good rest.

Just my preference, but the duvet could have been a bit bigger, but was definitely big enough

Friendly staff. very secure car park. Perfect for an overnight stay. Good location.

Interior was a bit dated but clean.

Disappointing

I didn’t like the towels!!! We were given towels from the factory!!! New!!! Not washed!!! Loose & excess fibers stuck to my skin, hair and clothes!!! Why did you do this? It’s uncomfortable annoying sticky feeling on my skin!

Location for tunnel is very good, you feel safe because there are lots of police about. In the car park there are about 70 police vans and trucks "who are supposebly patrolling to stop illegal imnigrants from crossing the channel".The room was for disable occupants but the bathroom/wetroom floor was really slippery and the sealing strip under the door was loose at one end causing a trip hazard.

See above

This hotel never disappoints.Right next to city Europe a few min walk...The staff was very helpful. Secure parking .And good breakfast.

Easy to find. Close to restaurants and shops. Excellent parking. Clean and staff friendly.

Very poor

Felt like kidded: I sent an email to ask for a higher floor room and carpark-side view, and was replied by the hotel that no issues, my special request would be fulfilled for sure.Upon arrival, I was assigned a room on the ground floor, the view being the opposite than requested. No deal to have a room switch. This is really frustrating: next time, you'd better not answer at all, or clearly tell it's not possible.

Kind staff, nice room with bathroom

Capert in the corridor wasn't in a great condition

Basic hotel but with everything you need for a 1 night stopover. Well located for the Shuttle.

Nice looking

Room to hot. Bed quite hard.

Everything was good, we had a meal in the evening it was very reasonably priced and a lot of choice and very good

Everything was good

Great value.Location poor no area/green park for dog walking.

Police presence a bit overwhelming.

Room was clean and the bed was Comfortable.

No toilet roll AC didn’t work and you couldn’t open the window wide. Electrical sockets didn’t work to charge phones

Area is a little run down and the outside is more like a prison carpark, but inside is fine and suitable for a one stay. Didn’t help that 50 police vans and officers staying at the hotel whilst there?

Quiet, Clean, comfortable.Good to have kettle

It was loud in the rooms on the ground floor - could hear people talking in the lobby all night. The aircon didn’t work - only blew hot air on all the settings. The en-suite looked very tired with cracked plastics everywhere.

Nice for the price, a bit basic. Great that it is so close to the channel tunnel. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, there were a couple of pieces of rubbish under the bed and one of the towels looked like it wasn’t clean
