I had a really bad experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the pillows smelled awful, and the air conditioning was limited so it got really hot at night. The toilet seat was broken, and the bed had visible dirt and even insects. The breakfast was even worse—nothing tasted good, the plates and cups were dirty (some even smelled fishy), and there were blue flies hovering around the cheese and bread. To make things worse, none of the staff spoke any English, so it was nearly impossible to communicate. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Poor customer service

We were overcharged and have been trying for 3 months to get a refund. The reception staff on the morning of leaving when I pointed out their error assured me I would get a refund that day! Just one excuse after another. Hoping Booking.com are going to step in but they don’t seem to be helping yet!

Fats and easy check-in/check-out. Good breakfast. Spacious free parking (even EV chargers available). Very good value for money.

Bed a bit soft

Unfortunately they didn’t have family rooms anymore and we needed to have two separated bedrooms

Our rooms were cosy and fresh, there was everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, with fluffy brooches and wonderful tea. It was just like visiting friends, so warm and nice service

Space is quite limited but for one night it wasn't a big problem.

The breakfast was the highlight. Abundant, tasty, fresh, variety- wow!

Comfortable stay, friendly and very supportive staff, lady in reception was very kind and welcoming, fresh and cozy breakfast. I stayed with my kids in family room which was super comfy, clean, big and organized my kids loved it.I highly recommend it.

The kitchen was closed with nothing to suggest it would be. We chose this hotel specifically because it advertised an open restaurant.

Friendly staff. Thoughtful and sustainable interior design. We had a family room that had full size single beds so a comfortable stay overall. Comfortable beds.

Reasonable price and clean rooms

air conditioning was not working. There were no refreshments in the room (no kettle). Need a GPS to find the hotel as the road network is quite confusing.

We were traveling to the south so it was perfect for one night on the road. Very close to the highway, but in a quiet area. The family room is actually two rooms with a door in between - one had the toilet, the other the shower. It was convenient for our family of four, the kids had real beds, not a sofa. The breakfast was good, I really liked the colourful cups and plates.

The shower room was perfectly clean, but it smelled like mold, maybe from the drain.
