We like the location (next to a big shopping center, easy to go to the city center by bus) and the service by staff. The receptionists were super friendly and ready to help.

Bad odors in the bathroom and toilet. I needed to clean the black smelly ventilation hole of the bathroom on the first day before using it. The toilet was full of urine smell, which was cleaned by the hotel the next day. The picture is the ventilation hole after cleaning. I could not smell it at all, then had to clean it immediately.

Value for money. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Very good for overnight stop. It was clean, breakfast choices were limited but good quality products, the location was convenient.

the hotel is close to the highway. we had a family room (for 4 persons) and a triple room. the rooms are very essential, really “budget”, nonetheless we paid 250€ for the two rooms for 1 night… . the rooms were clean bit very small and the beds were bad. breakfast was not good either. next time we’ll spend a bit more maybe but we’ll go to a better and more comfortable hotel

Heating was not on in one room when we arrived.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Easy to find, just off the motorway. Lots of car parking. Nice breakfast. Compact room with a double bed and overhead bunk bed.

Exactly what I expected from a budget hotel. It was adequate, clean and the staff were very helpful. There are loads of places to eat locally, so I'd say it was well situated.

Could have done with more electric sockets in the room. There was only one, so charging phones etc was a pain.

Bedsheets were clean

The bed frame fabric was filthy. The walls were quite dirty as well. The shower head holder was broken so, you had to hold it in your hand while showering.Dust in the bathroom. The whole bedroom would benefit from a renewal.The breakfast was okay but quite expensive.

The pictures on booking.com are deceiving. We booked two rooms. The first one's toilet had faeces against the walls. The second bedroom's toilet was stinking so badly that you could smell it from the passageway. Even though we were given two different rooms after bringing it to their attention we could no longer be comfortable or have any faith in the cleanliness and hygiene of this establishment.

All tiny. Very tiny the toilet space with door with no lock or handle and shower with glass to the bedroom, so no privacy at all.

The bed was comfortable and clean

it was very noisy, breakfast was average and staff were not friendly.

Really easy to book, and we booked around 1400, and didn’t arrive until 930. Excellent staff both morning and evening.

Well there was a bit of damage in the room, but I couldn’t care less for the price and for the use I had for the ibis.

Had a pleasant staying in Nancy Porte Sud, free parking , easy to reach for a stop while travelling. The receptionist was absolutely nice! Helpful and friendly, people are always the best way to represent a place. Totally recommended!

Good value. Great having 3 beds.

The shower door was transparent and joined directly onto the room, which makes no sense. It was extremely annoying.

There is enough parking space.

There was not enough food so my wife and i and our 4 kids had no breakfast.

Hotel was great for the cost. There was breakfast if you wanted it. Rooms were nice and clean. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. No coffee making facilities but you can get coffee down stairs. Friendly staff.

The room had a mezzanine floor with another bedroom area. The room was perfect for our needs but far to small for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers

Nothing. I got upset even before coming in.

He didn't let me park in front of his hotel, disabled parking. No one was disabled. i had accident same time outside in the parking, the hotel next door. Bad parking space. Alot of space was left for disabled and i asked he said no i cnt. When there were no disabled. I moved my car on the other hotel parking, hill parking. Someone stupid left his car engine on and no handbreak and his car came and hit my parked car. I had no good sleep. Really bad stay. I wish i stopped in the hotel where my map took me at start Ibis styles hotel. I wish i ve never came to this hotel.

The reception went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were offered free breakfast because we had to move rooms a couple of times. The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful.

Convenience location.

Air conditioning didn't work. Beds were uncomfortable too.

Good service, good prices. And with tesla superchargers close by it was a perfect stop for us.

Dark rooms, very few lights. (only one).
