- The location is great and the rooms as well. The service are very friendly and helpful.
- A stylish hotel very close to the centre of Lneburg. Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient young woman on reception who organised a change of room for us. Good breakfast too.
Cons -
- We stayed in room 10. When we went to bed, we awoke later at night due to guests returning to the room above us. We could hear every step they made. The room seems to be very prone to noise. In the morning, we could hear the service working in the hall. If you are a light sleeper you need to bring ear plugs!
- Our first room - in the basement - was a bit small and cellar-like. Shame they don't have much parking on site, but the public garage is close.
