Too much chlore in swimming pool after swimming too much smell of chlore , for going for breakfast Ned to come out from hotel

Very serene location. Good for relaxation.I’ll surely visit again with my husband.

This is not to damage the reputation of the property but the bathroom upstairs in room 309 smells so bad . Complained to the cleaner Nadia and she said a technician will come check it but they never did. In all, it’s a lovely place to vacation.

Very beautiful property with tasty restaurant and warm, professional hospitality.The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had quite a few pieces of luggage and staff helped guide us to our rooms with a golf cart.They prepared a lovely birthday surprise in my room when I arrived.We were very impressed with CRAFT’s dinner buffet and the staff who kindly explained the dishes.Hotel staff also helped to book an incredible horseback riding experience with Henson that highlighted views of a Chantilly castle, and beyond riding, great horsemanship.

As our visit was in the summer we were looking forward to the air conditioning in the rooms. Unfortunately we ran into some issues, however the hotel did their best to correct.

The room was wonderful, comfortable and clean. We were in a duplex room with a cute spiral staircase. The selection at breakfast was great and we easily found options for our baby to eat.

The bed in our duplex was small. However I think it’s the only option they had to get the bed upstairs. We also rented a room for Grandma and her room had a large bed.The price for the menu at the craft for dinner was expensive and the food was ok. The service disappeared after the restaurant filled up.

Spa and overall domain

Staff was really not helpful. We wanted to reschedule our trip 1 hour after the official allowed time and they refused. Lunch is ok but more like a big cantine/buffet, no much change allowed on the menu for special diet.

Frankly the food options and kitchen hours are somewhat limited - not ideal for a hotel that is outside of town and far from any restaurants. Note also that guests are allocated only 2 pool hours, which work by reservation.

Very modern room with nice terrace to sit out on. Really comfortable large bed, plenty of space in bathroom and good level of extras, pod coffee machine, mini fridge. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Staff very attentive, welcoming and friendly

Rooms separate from restaurants and bar so if weather inclement would need rain jackets or umbrella.

We are very thankful to the personnel of the hotel, extremely helpful and responsive. Special thanks to the personnel at the restaurant ’Le Craft’, super professional and understanding. The kids club was excellent, our kids enjoyed the activities organised by the hotel for the Easter weekend very much, a small farm, poney riding and ‘chassé aux œufs’. Overall we had a great experience.

Communal areas were really lovely and clean. We stayed on 2 separate occasions - once through booking.com and a few nights later we booked direct with the hotel as it was slightly cheaper…but I wish I had booked through booking.com again because the free upgrade was a big plus and where the extra couple of £’s.Nice pool and sauna area.

First night - shower overflowed in room 704 and there was a smell of damp. Probably where it has happened before. Second stay was room 304 (I think) and the tv didn’t work. Reported to reception and they said maintenance would come to fix but they never turned up. We were offered a partial refund the next day which was appreciated.Toenail clippings on the floor from previous guests.Lady on reception was very rude with attitude. Put me in a bad mood for the evening. Lady on checkout was very nice, makes a big difference!Ice bath was not working in the spa.

The design is perfect, very nice

No hot water in the bathrooms,No bikes to rent if not in advance, nor pool entry.The food is nice but basic The front desk asked me to pay for the night even though I paid with booking- very weird.

Facilities were modern, clean and instantly made us feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and very professional. Though not all staff members could answer our questions directly, they were able to refer us to someone who could help.

The on-site amenities require reservation to access (2-hour spa access daily, restaurant, bike rental, etc). This was not communicated to us, which meant that we could not book our dinner or spa/pool visits during our preferred times. We almost did not get in at the restaurant for dinner! Because the site is away from the center city (Chantilly), we would have been stranded with nothing but a measly room service menu at our disposal. Future visitors should reserve amenities immediately upon booking. Better yet, the hotel can build a better welcome/onboarding sequence to communicate this system to new guests before they arrive.

It was almost impossible to use safe box - drawer with safe box was badly designed. Apart from almost impossible access to it, much worse was fact that drawer could easily fall out and smash feet.

The balcony looked like it had never been cleaned. It was green with mildew and there were cigarette butts and leaves unswept. The shower head was loose and would not stay in position

During our stay at La Pavion Chantilly Hotel, we had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary talents of Chef Zhore at craft restaurant. We had a specific dietary craving for Chia with coconut milk, lemon, and honey and fresh sunny side of eggs, even though they weren’t on the buffet, chef Zohra graciously prepared item for us. This was incredibly thoughtful and showed a true commitment to guest satisfaction. The buffet had a wide selection, but I was hoping for something a bit different. Chef Zohra took the time to listen to my preference and then created a dish specifically for me. The food she prepared was not only exactly what I wanted, but it was also incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Everything I tested, including the custom dish was cooked to perfection.Chef Zohra was incredibly friendly and approachable. She took the time to chat with us about the food and genuinely seemed interested in our dining experience.I highly recommend dinning at CRAFT at Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly Hôtel and hope you have the pleasure of meeting chef Zohra.

It took one star off because at the reception they ask for €20 to stay an hour past the checkout time which made the whole thing feel cheap and not a 4-star hotel.

Muddy pathways, no hooks in room and not enough coat hangers.

The room was spacious and warm. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Staff very helpful in resolving network issues. Pool and facilities were great. Nice place to stay.

The muddy paths, they could be paved to reduce amount of debris brought inside facilities.
