Great parking, you get what you pay for.

It is a very basic room which needs updating, switches worn, wooden panel behind sink flaking off in chips at the bottom, general cleanliness is ok.

Always a good welcome.Clean and quiet. Convenient place

Spent the night for New year's eve.The lady at the reception was super friendly and welcoming.Night was short and nothing to complaint about

Price and location close to motorway were perfect.

Shame there is no kettle in the room. Vending machines are available though.

Carpet (which is quite old) everywhere in the hotel, pets allowed in all rooms, smelly hallways. For people with a dog, cat and/or dust mite allergy this is a horrible place to stay. Itchy all over and a stuffy nose. Haven’t slept for most of the night.

The room was big enough for 2 adults and a baby bed. Breakfast was good, plenty of things to chooss from.

Airconditioning is not the best.

€4 euros for bottle of water to take to my room, decided then not to spend money on evening meal and went to eat outside, breakfast cost only 3 times more which was excellent value oddly

Conveniently located and reasonably priced room. Reception staff and management were friendly and welcoming. Decent breakfast menu and plentiful.

The shower gel / soap / shampoo dispensers were empty which was disappointing. The young barman wasn’t the friendliest of people, which was a shame because the rest of the staff were great.

Great location for the motorway, secure gated parking for motorcycles, restaurant is good and it's next to a Buffalo Grill

Some staff are racist, simple

The staff is worst when they did not clean the room properly and not provided the facilities because booked through booking.com. There was no hot water available as machine was broken down, one of the rooms out of two were smelly, the staff was checking inside the kids room, well it might be good if you stay away from certain staff, overall the Ibis hire few racist staff specifically the one I encountered at check in time, that is definitely not the ibis standard. Worst experience at all. Check your camera for how many people stayed 2 rooms with 4 kids in it, there were no shower gel or sheet as I took pictures, do you want me to upload for your lying. You checked the rooms and looked inside when me and my husband was not there and if you have guts come and speak on face and you did have the person on reception who knows that me and my husband did not stay and that is why your racist staff said, ohh your kids were in and out which again is a lie. I will raise all proof with Booking.com. Answer there.

Location is great, everything was clean. Breakfast was good, everything was fresh.

Room was small, had difficulties to open 2 large suitcases.

Hotel was in a fantastic location, Plenty of good parking and staff were lovely on arrival. Breakfast was a little bit basic but It Did the job.

The carpet was very strange! It looked like it Had boot polish all over it. I thought it was really dirty for good couple of hours before I decided to investigate more. It’s very strange and unsettling. ??? The room was basic, A little too basic as indeed was breakfast.

Room simple (standard Ibis) but had everything you need for overnight stay. Comfortable beds. Breakfast fine, brown bread appreciated!

As a couple,would have preferred 3rd bed in room not to have been made up. Value less good than other Ibis hotels we tend to use when travelling

The staff was really pleasant and helpful! The area is calm, the room is big enough. Conveniently located next to highway and a restaurant that closes late nearby id you are looking for non expensive steak.

The bed was uncomfortable and not up to the standards of other Ibis hotels I have been to. A bit expensive for the quality of the rooms that are bit outdated.

Location and place to park my car.

Classic room is very poor, and carpet was very wet.

The 2nd time I have stayed at this Hotel - this is a good, basic, clean, modern, comfortable, value for money Hotel if you need somewhere for a couple of nights stay nr to Thionville. It has plenty of free parking on site. Its not in the centre of Thionville but is an easy 15 min walk at most to it.

Convenient, good location for transiting through and good breakfast too. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The en suite toilet and shower room did not smell fresh and the toilet seat wasn’t fastened properly.
