The location was nice.

No wash cloths, only 2 pillows, the room creaked, popped, and groaned all night causing poor sleep

Just 5 mins walk from the center. The rooms felt new and renovated and even had LEDs in the room for different colors and fun. Elecric kettle. There is some free parking nearby, not always available. If no space then there's a big paid one. Very friendly staff, got a good morning and a smile from everyone :)In the room- the shower and the toilets are separated, making it easy to prep in the morning

You can walk from the railway station to the property and the city center is just 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast is really good and the staff is friendly.

The spirit is not welcoming, the white panels in the corridors are horrifying.

I would recommend the Inn to my fellow wheelchairers

Close to the board walk. Although mostly cobblestone. Hard to navigate the town. The town square was fun and active and easy to get around.

New building, easy access, free parking, kindness of the staff, very well equipped fitness room.

Small room and smell of cigarette smoke even if the room was a non smoking one

Quiet room with air-con and Disney Channel (German speaking). Plenty of parking. Central location within easy walk to attractions. Very very dog friendly - the dog station is a superb idea.

Over priced : For the price we would have expected breakfast and parking to be included - both were additional payments.

Nice and secure. Easily accessible from bahnhof. It was a good experience there for us.

The hotel is just one building and has zero facilities. It's not very well planned with an entrance at the back which is tough to walk around when it's sunny

The Bar staff were hard to find, too busy doing other jobs!!

Great position. Clean rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Huge TV in the room.

The bed was too hard for my back and the pillow was too soft for my neck (German style), in any case after the first night I requested an extra one and I could sleep. The breakfast selection was good, but honestly 20 euro per person was too much for that. I was a little bit annoyed when they deactivated my keys at 11:30 when my checkout was at 12:00, but again, the receptionist was very helpful and we quickly resolved the issue. The toilet has a very strange structure dividing the shower and WC (very narrow) in two different little rooms; I do not get why it was designed like that.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Location is great. Restaurants and Center is nearby. Parking was ok. Cocktails were good. We got a birthday table for breakfast on the birthday of my Mother.

Small Toilet. Pillows could have been better. Due to the short stay, I didn't asked for a different pillow. No complimatary Water available.

Location was good to walk to lots of sites and secure parking at very reasonable rates

For the Raddison connection, I was surprised and disappointed to find the bathroom and toilet are cubicles, like in a caravan. If larger size guests stay I am unsure how they would fit in toilet room with the door closed.

Bad

They make a reservation booking on your credit card upon arrival. When leaving the payment was done, but reservation sum never returned to credit card balance. After asking for the refund many times, they promised to return the money, but still holding it, now for over a month. Poor communication and promises not kept. Very bad experience indeed.

The staff is super nice.

The bed was extremely hard, that was very unfortunate. Did not get any good sleep.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are really good and the staff is very professional and friendly. The location is nice because its quiet but still super close to the old town and also the harbor!

The parking was kinda expensive for such a large lot outsitde the city. The rooms are kinda small, almost felt like you were stuck in a camper van. Bathrooms really small as well, not for large people

Superb location very close to the center of the city, only takes a few minutes to walk into town. The staff was very kind and helpful, and parking was really easy too. The room was as expected with a very nice size and a comfortable bed.

The solution for the bathroom is suboptimal in my opinion. Instead of just one big bathroom, they have opted for two very, very small rooms, one for the sink and the shower and another for the toilet. Of course, this gives you some convenience, but it also means that the room with the toilet is extremely small. Not a big issue though, and clearly not something they can just easily fix now.

Convenient location near the old port, very clean room, high rating on pet-friendliness: they provided us with bowls for food and water and even a bed for our little beagle.

The toilet was very tight, and the pillows were too thin for our taste.

The location is very good, even if you don't arrive by car (it's 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and there are buses nearby). The room was very quiet, breakfast good, and all staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Very nice room with enough space, very good bed. Refrigirator and water boiler at room. Really good and big television in the room with also a handful English channels. Room very clean (except inside closets, see description below).Excellent parking at closed parking place behind hotel for only 4 euro per night, seemed to be a lot of parking spaces. Close to town centre - it took only 11 minutes to walk to main market square. Many restaurants only 2-5 walk from the hotel (in direction to the market square).Very polite and service minded staff all over. Cosy restaurant and good athosphere in lobby area with a very nice bar, - we tried evening meal, and it was excellent for a nice price.

See the enclosed picture of my sweater. As seen, it got some very visible dust marks after been putted on the shelfs in the wardrobe-closet in room 231. The room seemed to be very clean otherwise, for example excellent bath room cleaning. This indicates that the daily cleaning routines are excellent.I recommend you to clean the closet-surfaces in all rooms right away, and follow up by tightening up the routines for this. For example, if you can establish a routine for cleaning the shelves in each closet for dust every month or so, I am sure you will avoid such huge dust accumulations as in this example.Thanks otherwise for a very nice stay.
