Nice hotel in historic town center.

Wonderful hotel steps from the historic town center. We really liked this place. There is ample parking for a reasonable price. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again

The toilet was clean and the whole room too. The hotel was cozy and warm and well located.

For the price I paid I have expected some facilities more like coffee machine or tea. Anyway, they provide the possibility to use a common coffee machine for a fair price.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, close to both the Marktplatz and the Port. The room was clean and very comfortable size. the bathroom was also spacious and clean. The staff were friendly.

Although I paid for a Junior Suite and colleague paid for a Comfort Double Room, the difference in price was not justified since there was hardly any difference between the two rooms. There was no coffee machine or at least a kettle for some instant coffee / tea. The mini-bar was empty although I am grateful that we found a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in the room as well as a bottle of water.

Great breakfast. Rooms very nice and quiet. Location great. Right at the bridge with four pigs. Literally central to the old town and all the sights.

No air conditioning. One curmudgeon man at late afternoon desk. He would not give me a replacement box of tissues. The other staff were very nice.

On hot day bedroom facing south and on the street was very hot and traffic on the cobblestoned street was loud

The hotel is inside the old town and everything is reachable by foot. The is also an additional room like a library in which you can get a cup of coffee or tea.

The reception for check-in is open only from 3 pm to 6 pm, and soundproofing is not good, someone was lying on the hallway at 7 am and it woke us up.

Located within walking distance to historic center.

Free coffee/tea service. We were discouraged to use breakfast in the hotel because of our dog. We found a breakfast place within walking distance, but it would have been nice to have coffee/tea/ice in the room.

Very convenient location next to central train station and also the old town. Very comfortable bed, plenty of plugs (two of which at either side of the bed). Big bedroom with a desk and a small table, spacious bathroom with 3 mirrors. Elevator. Very quiet room. Good quality toiletries. Small fridge in the room. Free water bottle.

The room was a bit hot, no AC but a fan was provided (not a problem for us though). The soap dispenser near the sink is not very conveniently located. They didn't fill in the soap dispenser in the shower when doing the room the first day, so we ended up without shower gel by the following day.

Clean and nice hotel in the middle of the city, large room and large parking space in the courtyard

super clean. super nice room. comfort bed and pillow. very nice hotel. feel like beautiful home. thanks the lovely friendly Receptionist (sorry we forgot her name), she recommended us to beautiful Timmendorf beach and Poel island coz she live there. we had a great time there.
