Very family friendly and cosy design. The location was easily accessible and great price value. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom had a moldy curtain and ceiling.

Rooms were a good size. Bed was comfortable.

After travelling over 500 miles and arriving at 7pm very tired and hungry, we were told that there wasn’t room in their restaurant for us to have an evening meal. The receptionist thought it was amusing & didn’t apologise.

A/C in the room + the pool + the restaurant = all we needed in the middle of a heat wave.

Hard to understand how to make the water comes out of the shower and not the bathtub.

The room and 2x double beds were great for our family. Pool and play area very good.Staff was friendly

Shower and basin in the bathroom are a bit outdated and can do with an upgrade.10 -15mins by car to/from the city centre

A bit off the motorway. But nothing major

Close to the outlets and other shopping, the bed was comfy, Breakfast was good. We plan to return in the summer for shopping and use of the outdoor pool. There was a play area outside and lounge with computer games and Foose ball table inside. very quiet for sleeping.

Dinner was okay but a little pricey with limited choices.

Free parking, easy accessible from motorway, nice rooms which are clean. Basic breakfast with everything you would like.

Cot provided for my baby was broken and unsuitable and very unsafe. Hopefully they have replaced it (we mentioned it on check out)

4th time we stayed here, first time since it became Campanile The hotel still is convenient and friendly. Excellent service from the lady at the reception on arrival.

AC had a fan that made noise at night so I couldn't use it (or not sleep). Rso our room was hot. Also the restaurant was overpriced and used to be better before it became Campanile.

Only slight complaint was limited menu for dinner, but the food was OK

The friendly staff. Good breakfast.

My room was too close to the recreation area. Very noisy. The fire alarm went off outside my room in the middle of the night. The restaurant food was mediocre.

We stopped on the way to Alps. Comfy beds, very polite staff, location is great. Secure parking.

Quiet, very comfortable bed, with a good restaurant and great staff in the hotel and restaurant. Easy parking too.

The WiFi didn’t work if running a VPN

Location was well placed for travelling north. Staff were very welcoming and spoke good English.

Didn’t like the access - not clear that the ramp was to the right of the entrance door. Better signage would help. Not clear that dinner was not available on a Sunday nights get in the advertising.

Very friendly staff. All very helpful. Easter egg hunt for the children that they loved. Lovely atmosphere.

We were looking for a reasonably priced family room to break up our journey to the Alps and this hotel definitely delivered that. From the ease of check in, the cleanliness and comfort through to the free gated parking. Ticked all our requirements

Incluive breakfast but other than there there is no compliants at all.

Breakfast was good.

It was 15 minutes to find someone who could meet me at reception and speak English. The bathroom had a little mold. The Fast Wi-Fi was not that fast and regularly disconnects.

We’ve overnighted here every year for the last 12 years on our way to and from the haute savoie. Although it’s changed hands a few times the hotel is excellently maintained and the service and our experience has been consistently excellent. Staff are always helpful and accommodating, food in the restaurant is really good, abd breakfast buffet is excellent.

Very good location for a stopover stay on our journey south. Comfortable and clean and we were able to take our small dog into the breakfast room.

Staff were remarkable. Hotel clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Perfect for a quick overnight stay whilst travelling to the Alps. Couldn't fault it.

Was perfect for me - can't fault it as we just needed somewhere to stop overnight to break up a long drive from Calais to the ski resort. It ticked all the boxes.
