Overpriced, poor value

Super stuffy rooms without air conditioning (in June). The staff was excellent but admitted there's no air conditioning as well. I left the windows open for ventilation but they cut the grass early Saturday morning. There were stains all over the carpet and what looked like black mold/residue above the shower. My partner was shocked at the price; it was embarrassing and we won't return.

I like the treatment, the sauna, the included breakfast & drinks in the fridge! But mostly the treatment and nice environment

Silent and easy to drive

I booked with breakfast in booking.com. but when i arrived i had to pay extra for breakfast.

Room was clean and the bathroom was large enough. No charge for drinks in the fridge.

Breakfast could be better.

Nothing special was there in the hotel to like about.

Pleasant

Basic room, and a bit old. Nothing special or distinctive. No wifi key or other information in the room. Personnel too serious and not smiling.

Well located in the city, the room size was big enough.

Room was quite exploited, chairs in dining room was dirty, not to wide selection on breakfast. Bed comfortable in 3/10.

The breakfast was delicious. We had a great choice of different serials, bread, jam - overall it was very good. The location of the hotel is a little fare away from Greifswald Centre to have a walk to it.

I stayed for five nights.Rooms are big, clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze.

There is no air conditioning or even a fan in the room. It gets hot in the room. I would prefer if they could accommodate a hard mattress instead of the spring mattress. I hardly got any sleep due to that.

Very simple but spacious room, inside you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big plus for additional special bed for a small baby - not every hotel have it. This one has ? very nice people at the reception. We had a great, quite night.

Breakfast is good. Free mini-bar is great.

Breakfast for earlier stays last years it was cheaper.

Sometimes noise can be heard from neighboring rooms and corridor.The fridge was not working well but i could have asked the staff to do something about it.

Classic Business hotel, it is located at the border of the city (but the connection to the center with public transport is good)It is ok if you have to stop there for a night

The room was a bit to noise, specially in the morning. The room was facing the delivery zone for the hotel, and they made a lot of noise.

In four star hotel you can expect air condition.In four star you can assume the sink and shower will be unclogged (by a proper staff) and power socket will be working (or repaired when you inform/complain)Only German channels in TV (with one exception - Euronews in French).You can ask for invoice, then you can ask again, after third attempt you can succeed.
