The location was ok

The wifi for the TV didn't work. The tv was in a different language that was challenging to correct to use the tv into an understandable written language the shower was clogged and unserviceable. The smell in the Hallway was horrible. No soap in the shower. Disturbing stains on the wall. No cups for the tea maker. Only 1 Towel for 2 people... mattresses sliding.

Bad staff, greedy management, fake hotel

Nice host . Clean . Not expensive. Free parking.

No elevator. You must lift your luggage up to your room by yourself. It can be the top floor. Only one small towel for each guest. There was noise from main street , that woke up me early morning. The drain in the shower is clogged and the water won't drain

Decent hotel for that price. Located next to the bus stop which takes you to Bahnhof Bad Homburg in 18 minutes from where you can get to Frankfurt city which is 8 stations away with train. Timetable is available.New bathroom in our room. Small fridge, tv set and decent room with enough space.

There is always something we do not lile in this case not worth mentioning.

Room nr 26 at last floor have a quite nice size and is comfortable.

At my arrival the receptionist told me thst break fast is starting at 8am instead of 7am. It is a huge difference imfor those people is working.

This hotel is in an older building but the room was very modern. It was a good quiet place to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the small refrigerator.

We had to make a call to find the desk clerk to check in, and no one was around at check out time. Maybe because it is the shoulder season.

it was set up only for one person ( 1 bed set up and one set of bath towels.) good that there was second bedding items in the closet. check in time is different from on the weekends and isn’t updated on booking.com. but it worked out very well because you’re able to call the number and they give you the combo to the key safe to get your key.

Big lump of hair blocking the shower drain resulting in flooding of the bathroom.

Room was pretty small, but still cozy. Bed was really good and was good for a rest after work. Personnel was really good and helpful.

Bathroom needs a small renovation. Here will be not negative, but more funny. First night of my stay I really suffered from some screams from somewhere outside. Someone was screaming till 1 AM and when I woke up at 6 am that person was still screaming. Or maybe it was a cat. That was really funny,
