The best hotel by far in all the region. The room excellent, the lobby, the staff, the cleanliness everything perfect.

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed the room, it has good view and location. We arrived on car and the hotel has convenient parking. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was also a very good one with diversity of options available. The staff was nice and helpful.

Location is really nice, parking space is large, facility is new and well maintained

Breakfast is so normal, not very tasty, many cold dishes, this is not what a 5-star hotel shall offer to clients

Mattress (very old) no bottle of water even paid one in a suite…the staff professionalism is definitely not in 5 stars standard

I like that it was near grocery stores & a very nice sauna. It was also a 10 min walk to the train station which wasn’t bad.

I requested for early check-in since my flight landed at 9am. I wasn’t able to check in until after 2 pm which was very inconvenient as I have travelled over 10 hours to arrive into Frankfurt. I was also advised that it would be cheaper to request breakfast the day before which I did, but the next morning when I went to eat breakfast, they didn’t see me on the reservation and that I had to pay full price. This was very inconvenient as I had to leave the hotel to find breakfast and when I checked out, the charge was in my invoice and I was informed that they would contact me to remove it since I didn’t eat the breakfast there but I haven’t heard anything back since I stayed there a week ago.

Great location two minutes walk to the Main Street and overlooking a large park. Our suite was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Very good buffet breakfast.We chose Bad Homburg as a convenient town for an overnight stay before returning the rental car to FRA and our onward flight. The airport is less than 30 minutes away and Bad Homburg proved to be a delightful town to visit.

Food though a little expensive was excellent. The welcome our dog got was fabulous, water and food station and a comfy little bed! We will definitely come back!

Everything was great

Large quiet room with nice interior design and good lighting. Comfortable room temperature. The shower and bathroom are pretty. Convenient location, you can walk to the city center in minutes.

The toilet was looking clean but had a strong urine smell when opening the lid.

Amazing spacious rooms.

Rooms were prepped for 1 person whereas we were two people in each.

The hotel booked twice the price of my room. What was a clear mistake. They aren‘t answering to my calls or emails. I haven‘t seen such a behaviour in 20 years and I have travelled around the world.

The property is nice and elegant and great location.

The service is beyond poor. We booked 2 rooms as we had 2 kids with us as recommended when we were booking but we were given two separate rooms. Unimaginable to separate kids with parents. We didn’t have water in one room. The other room was never made up in the 2 nights we spent there.

Disastrous. The reaction of Booking.com has also been disastrous with promises of 48h answers.

No hot water. Staff not prepared to take ownership of the issues. Dirty hotel in bad condition. A shame really.

Staff were friendly but need more training.

Room was dirty, towels were dirty. Problem with sewage like smell and flies in the room. Wasn't told my room was up some stairs and had a heavy suitcase which I then had to lift.Staff non existent, very short staffed and seems to be alot of turnover.Cup in room was dirty as was spoon. Lots of dust everywhere. When you call room service, house keeping or reception you sometimes have to call 4 or 5 times to get any response.Lacking basic tea and coffee facilities in room.

Location was great. Rooms were spacious. Bar staff were friendly. Lots of lifts available.

The breakfast was too expensive or we would have eaten in. The hot water was off for most of Saturday. We paid for entry to a local spa to shower but would have expected the hotel to offer something such as a complimentary drink for the inconvenience but they didn’t.

The location of the hotel, the size and arrangement of the room, the quietness. We appreciated that the windows could be open. The gym was also a nice feature.

The staff wasn't always very friendly, or maybe not comfortable speaking English (referring to "the man" - my husband - while he was standing right next to me). The toilet was not clean when we checked in (streaks under the removable seat and inside the toilet bowl, on the parts not in contact with water) and the staff who was sent to clean it again did not do much, apart from using the brush a couple of times and flushing.There was a constant smell of cigarette in the bathroom and the corridors, probably coming from the air ducts.
