B&B Hotel Bad Homburg

Close the airport

Convenient location near the office and train station. Room and facilities were very clean, the A/C worked well. Plenty of towels, even though I traveled by myself, a special thanks to the staff for that! Windows and the door to the room were indeed noise-cancelling enabling a good night`s sleep. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

-

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. No noise, all good.

Good location in Bad Homburg, next to the train station. Rooms are standard B&B, all functional and clean. Room had air conditioning. We had a room toward the quiet side, so it was just great

Nothing, really

Breakfast,Fast check inReception helpfulness

Pillows arent so comfortablePrice could be a bit cheaper Lack of amenities in the room

Location

Ridiculous price. Ridiculous breakfast. The lobby was very uncomfortable and the room was a not relaxing environment

Clean room, good location.

Self check in difficult to make, the reservation were not found initially, city tax was difficult to pay at the automatic machine.

There is a terminal at the entrance. Check-in/out at the terminal gives you flexibility for arrival. It was very easy to enter the room.

Poor

Booking.com wrote to me that check-in was from 13:00 on Saturday, but staff only turned up 17:00... Digital check-in proved very complicated.even for guests a quarter of my age.....

It was a very convenient location for walking into town, using the bus and train. Very clean with helpful staff. Nice breakfast available.

Front desk hours limited and no room phone.

Great location, good value, clean and efficient . Staff was helpful and spoke English which helped us tremendously.

Its on the Station so handy if travelling by trainyou can see it on the train

Check in is totaly automatedyou enter your booking number & name on a pad & get a 4 digit number to access the hotel & your roomI didnt realise that you only enter this on one pad & the number generated gets you into the room alsoI tried to call someone & noone was available

Location was great.

1. No facility for tea making.2. Entry with out reception support. Risky affair.3. Time extension no change in pass key update.

Great location near Therme…

We were locked out for 3-5 mins upon arrival. It was not mentioned that the doors would be locked and staff would not be working upon our time of arrival/check in. Luckily, another guest let us into the lobby area where we checked in through a computer.

There is no heating in the rooms except air conditioner. So in winter it's cold in there. And air conditioner could not heat whol room at once. It takes some time. Book it -- really easy -- you could chek in right in the hall (inside the building in front of main doors there is a booking terminal, so u could get access to the facilities 24/7, no keys, u just need password and u could unlock your door with this password).Perfect locaion if your train from Frankfurt was cancelled.

Was cold (no heating except air conditioner).

Location

Bed, pillow, room size and Specially Breakfast

Location. City Center. Staff super friendly! Beds were clean also.

Towels seemed clean but when you look through light, you can spot some old stains. Toilet had hodor smell (typical from wc pipes and we had to keep the door close not to let it come to the room.

Good hotel, good location next to train station, comfy beds, good breakfast

Great location at train station. Quick ride into Frankfurt. Breakfast is good value for money. They have gluten free bread!!! They have oat milk!!! Great!!!

The smelly shower drain. It smells loke urin, but the staff quickly found a solution. It’s not urin, but a smelly drain due to a construction mistake with the pipes. The smell came back 30hours later, but that was okay. Just glad it wasn’t urin.It says on a sticker in the bathroom that they only change towels when you put them on the floor, to safe water and resources. We put the towels on a hanger, but they got changed anyway… Why?? It seems that the cleaning staff isn’t briefed properly. That should be changed!!

Clean facility and friendly staff

Temperature control in the room was hard with no air conditioning.
