late check-in instructions were a bit confusing. if you arrive after 10 pm it can be a bit tricky to pick up your keys, but things fortunately worked out for us

Food and service very good but quite expensive.
Nice older staff but very friendly which welcomed us from a door steps. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Very nice rooms, very clean with comfy beds and big bathrooms. Restaurant with good food and breakfast with dozen of choice so you pick what you like. Very recommended
For bigger families you need to take min two rooms.
Great service before arrival, spacious and very clean room, attentative staff.
Room was lovely, we had a large patio with loungers and table and chairs for 4, just right for relaxing after a long walk to the damm.Location was great for plenty of local walks/ hikes. Kurpark was very close by. Plenty of easy cycling routes, just wish we had had an extra day to go cycling.
Clean hotel, bright rooms, contemporary and tasteful decor.
Internet service was not working. Parking is sparse.
