Easy to find, very good location, Mueller was downstairs, so very easy to go shopping there. The lady is nice and helpful.

Somehow, the sound insulation was not that good.

The location was great in the very center of Jena. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. I liked the cookies and the collagen in the room, it's very kind.

A kettle in the room would be nice. Booking lists the hotel as not having a parking but onsite we discovered that the parking is indeed there, I am wondering if this is some special perk for people from outside Booking platform.

It’s a charming place, perfect spot to discover the lovely city. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived two hours early and could already enter the room.

Great location in the center. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, not noisy. It is a small hotel with quiet neighbours. The rooms are big enough, the toilet big and with everything.

The breakfast is pretty limited. I had an unexpected change on the dates, therefore, I did 2 bookings, the hotel proposed to maintain me in the same roo, to avoid changes, my surprise was that they allocate me in the cheapest room, but paying the price for a higher level for the first one.

Nice location and nice view, clean

Hotel is way owevrpriced! The room was small, one chair for 3 persons, no fridge, no coffee machine, no reception service. I would describe it as a youth hostel, not as a proper hotel. For this reason, I believe it is very overpriced.

Room was great, people nice, breakfast decent, water dispenser was useful.

The bed wasn't the comfiest but it was fine.

I tried 2 hotels in Jena, and I would chose this one again!!Everything was absolutely perfect. Nice staff, quiet room and really well located. I was in the breakfast floor and with a window giving to a street with passing and did not get bother from noise.They hotel provides a water fountain which makes it really enjoyable during a hot summer.

Nice modern clean hotel in the centre of Jena. Good breakfast. Storing my bicycle was not a problem.

The hotel is situated directly in the historical center of Jena. Its equipment is very modern. I had a quiet room with a breathtaking view of the entire Jena valley. All the staff was very helpful, yet my special thanks go to Mrs Engelhardt for preparing my breakfast in advance so I could depart on time.

The staff were super friendly and polite. They did help me on different occasions.

The breakfast did not have much variety.I prefered to have slippers in the room and get my towels changed more often.

Simple and functional, enough space, comfortable, staff very friendly. All facilities worked perfectly.

It would be nice to have a button on the door to make sure it is closed and nobody can enter while you are sleeping.

The property is exceptionally clean and a room is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Its great that late night check in is possible. Beds are very comfy.

Well located, the ladies working in the kitchen and cleaning the room we're quite friendly.

There is no one in the counter in the evenings, and therefore there are no means to communicate problems, something not acceptable for hotels on this price point. Upon arrival, my bathroom had a very strong smell of mold. I had to endure it for the first night, since upon arrival the counter was already empty. On the next morning, I approached the hotel manager very early and communicated the issue. She told me she would send someone to check. I came back to the hotel late in the evening after work and the odor remained. I had to stand it for one more night, and got some tachycardia overnight because of the odor (I am very sensitive to mold). I took the management over 24h to actually react and propose me a new room, something that normal hotels would solve in few minutes. Nonetheless, to achieve this I had to insist a lot and call booking.com to intermediate. In the new room, the bed had a lot of long black hairs (I am bald), but you was so exhausted that just let it be. Overall, I can't believe that for this price point the management is that slow. The breakfast had very few options: yogurt, apples, grapes, 3 kinds of bread, 4 kinds of ham, a few kinds of cheese, cereals, boiled eggs, fruit salad made with fruits in conserve and scrambled eggs floating in some white liquid that looked more like a soup. I can't believed that for 14 euros I was served fruit salad made of fruits in conserve. Ridiculous!! Also there was almost no choice on proteins, and the scrambled eggs were not good. There weren't even bananas or cakes. The overall experience was bad, and both hotel and breakfast were extremely overpriced!
