B&B Hotel Jena

An excellent value: the room was large and tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet enough despite the nearness to railroad tracks. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking is available behind the hotel.

The breakfast could have been a bit more varied: we missed, for example, pancakes/waffles and fried or scrambled eggs. But, again, for the price, the hotel is an excellent deal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Size of the room and cleanliness.Location of the hotel.

Additional charge for parking (we knew about it, just thought it shouldn't be an additional cost).

Nice location, friendly staff, good price

Basic hotel room in terms of amenities but still value for money. No frills but clean and comfortable.

Betweeen 30-35 minutes walk from the station but a bus service to the hotel is availble. About 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Altstadt centre but bus and tram stops are close byFriendly efficient service at check-in. Request for additional pillows quickly fulfilled.Bright, modern, good sized room and bathroom with good storage space in both. Easy to access shower with good controls and excellent pressure (the pressure may have been due to the room being on the ground floor).Very good breakfast with good choice of items.

Very close to a railway line and train noise was very noticeable if the window was open.Hanging rail in wardrobe space mounted from the front to the back rather than side to side.

Reception called to give me my room code when my train was delayed

Breakfast, room size, bed, blinds, bathroom, check in and out.

Rooms not completely clean (found some single hairs and more dust than necessary in some spots...). Also, the key code working until check out (and not just 10 pm) would be great!

Very fresh and clean and a comfortable bed. Good breakfast for the price

No tea/coffee making facilities and the drinks machine in reception was out of order

It’s clean, big car park, very good location

Unfortunately, someone try to open back door, so, the alarm was on. I call to customer support around 1am to send someone to disable it, but no one cares. Whole night with siren right behind my wall wasn’t very comfortable. The girl who came to work at 6:45 finally solved this problem. Not cool.

Very friendly staff, clean room, good location.

Room was small

1,front desk is nice and friendly. Breakfast is limited.2,gym is nice.3, room is clean, but a little bit crowded.4,location is nice.

breakfast is limited.

The hotel is located close to the center and it's convenient that the reception is open long hours. Friendly service.

Unfortunately, the room hadn't been vacuumed. The carpet was really dirty and dusty.

The hotel is well located, comfortable and has a great breakfast. It has proper blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep and the sound-proofing is good enough that with the window closed, you wouldn't notice that you're right by a trainline.

Really the only complaint I have is the lack of plain, still water at breakfast.

Great location, clean and spacious

Great location, clean and spacious

Location of the hotel is close to the city center. Price/performance is the best. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. It provided me a relaxing stay. Thanks!

Love the check out time, and super friendly staff. Very welcoming stay

Bed was a little stiff

location and car park is a plus for me

not first time customer, every time I visit the quality seems to drop, breakfast is not good anymore, staff became unfriendly, cleanliness dropped quite a bit, smell in the corridors, the obviously detached curtain was not fixed by the staff

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable, and good breakfast.

The location and price are great. The breakfast was okay, Good enough to have at the Hotel and not somewhere else.

The rooms are simple but clean.
