Parking was on site. Location was within a block of historical buildings & museum. The breakfast & meals were excellent. WiFi was fast. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful.

Good location, close to a lot of restaurants. Unique style and decoration.

My room was close to the stairs and a bit noisy at night (can hear people walking upstairs and down), but also safer to be close to where people pass by.Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working well. Disconnecting automatically all the time, and hardly able to even detect it.

Superb location, very quiet room. Excellent beds. Water and fruit provided in the room.

I was surprised there was no soap at the washbasin in our room. There was shampoo/body wash in the shower, but that was a bit inconvenient if just washing hands.The breakfast buffet area is surprisingly small, and thus felt cramped for so many guests. Because of the layout it was difficult to actually reach some of the (good) selection of fruit, and cheese and meats were positioned so that guests entering or leaving the breakfast area were blocked by others serving themselves. If scrambled eggs and yoghurt are presented in such small bowls, then the staff need to be more attentive to refills, rather than waiting for guests' request (observed both mornings).

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel and food very good. The Noll also hosted the get together after the funeral we came for. Despite the sad occasion we felt at home.

The entrance, it is by side of a same name restaurant, then I became confused and got in restaurant with bags, I felt very embarrassed.

The single bed is a bit small and the window blinds don't fully darken the room

Old German charm with a renovated historical building, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location in central Jena, excellent selections for breakfast (the most varieties of fruit in my recent stays in German hotels), WiFi was fast.

None. Everything went very well during my stay. It was a long weekend so lots of guests. Nonetheless, all staff members were attentive and helpful. Some noise on the street but it was still quiet after 11 pm.

Very friendly and efficient welcome. The location is excellent and the standard of the room in this traditional building is very good. The breakfast was also complete at a reasonable price. We will definitely come back when in Jena!

The hotel was immaculate and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful . We loved the Bier Garten and the food was so delicious (Lecker). You also had an option of refreshments in a refrigerator all on the honour system. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great, quiet and modern room in walking distance from the city center. Huge bed and fantastic breakfast. Parking in the courtyard, where they made sure we had a perfect spot for charging our electric car.

The breakfast was outstanding. We also ate dinner there one evening which was wonderful. The room was much larger than most European hotels we have stayed in. The value and location were excellent!

There was very little to not like about ZurNoll. Parking was sometimes difficult but they worked to help us out and make it better.

The bedroom is more focused on beauty and some places had sharp edges perhaps a bit difficult to manage with a toddler. Okay for bringing bigger kids though :-)))) the bedroom was very spacious, beautifully designed and had a lot of light.
