This is a big hotel in jena Germany, lift for guest and big restaurant and bar is the good thing in this value.Room are clean and well maintained looks like you are in old king room with the old pictures gallery in your room.Breakfast is also good in this range.mini fridge is also available in the room with drink and water

The staff were very nice and friendly.
The whole building had an unpleasant smell although I didn't feel that in the room. The room was not so clean the remaining of previous cleaning was left in the closet and the shower walls were full of spots. The shower soap was also empty. The room lacked facilities like a kettle or shower cap.

Good
We travelled with two motorbikes which fits easy in one car parking space. The hotel didn't allow to do that and had to pay for two parking places. Which is a waste of 15 eur.

The Ironing board was outside the room, and had to iron my clothes outside near the elevator everytime.

The checkout took way too long. I had to wait in a queue for like 15 minutes. I guess there were some guests arguing about the payment but still. I expected to deal with checkout within the seconds

Location is closed to my work
* The room service are not avilable all the time.* I have requested to remove the alcohol bottles from my room many time and they kept put them back.* I dont know why they removed the soap and shampoo away from my room for two days until I went down to the reception and collect them my self.
Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome- it cost but it was great. Mountain View’s were great.
Rooms may need some updating. Price a little high.
