The location was very good , close to Mulhouse and Colmar but still away from all the noise .

Room and bathroom a little bit small

Very nice room on top floor with a spiral staircase, balcony and view. We enjoyed the spa and pool after a long day of driving.

Good access by road. Friendly staff. Good parking lot. Good restaurant with a small but nice variety of dishes. Comfortable bed.

My room would have been too small for two people with suitcases.

Lovely hotel comfy spotless room and bedding. Charming friendly helpful staff. Breakfast really excellent. Safe parking. Great stop en route back from Italy to UK. Restaurant looked great and we will try next time.

Hotel and traditional Vosges restaurant close to highway

Restaurant has only specialties on the menu. Not a simple dish for those that are less hungry. Like a simple snitzel

Super friendly staff who made our stay comfortable, spacious family room, nice indooe swiming pool and very nice dining area

Our room was very cold, all the time- it seems like it need to be btter heated. The fact that the swiming pool was closed for children starting 17h00 effected our fun- it should be later (for example: adults only starting from 19:00).

I really like this hotel & I am so glad I found it. I have stayed here four times now travelling from the UK to Italy and it's so close & easy to find from the motorway. I have a very small dog, so unable to use all the facilities, but for those who like spa's & wellness centres, it would be ideal. I always ask for an easy access room, due to carrying my luggage & little dog's bed etc & they always try their hardest to accommodate me. There is also a lovely bar & restaurant and a great seating area outside to have your glass of wine. On my last visit I found great country walks a stones throw away from the hotel. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The management saw that my wife has difficulty walking. She immediately changed our room to one which was much more accessible without being asked. She took the initiative.

There was no hot option at breakfast but the rest of what was offered was excellent

Airplanes flighing over, limited noise cancelling and maides knocking at the door at 8.30 am made it a short and overpaid night

Had a room with a balcony which could have been bigger.

All of it. We didn’t use the pool or spa as we only wanted a one night stay. Dinner was fine, nice wines. The room was Well appointed and properly designed. No unnecessary pictures or silly cushions. A pleasant, practical room. And we has a cute little balcony. Very hapoy with the experience. If we are in the area again it will be our hotel of choice.

It was all perfectly good. No complaints.

Great location facilities and building

Reception a bit overrun.Food at restaurant wasn't great and waiter pushed us in to drinking a generic carafe of wine when we were trying to just order a really good glass each.Why?When we're asking for the suggestions on actual pairing menu push us in to something else that didn'treally go with anything- weird or just plain pigheaded...

In our room, there was a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom both in the evening upon arrival and in the morning upon departure.

The restaurant didn’t have good service. The waiting staff walked away in the middle of taking our order, as my daughter had troubles deciding what she would like. Also the food was not good quality
