- Location. Transport to bus/train station and Disney. Clean rooms. Good breakfast and dinner. It feels a safe space for women travelling alone. We use this hotel to meet our son and stay together for a few days. It suits our needs very well
- Excellent room, location was close enough to get a taxi if needed at a good price.

- The change of the bar. It looks very nice but in the winter not enough room to accommodate guests. I preferred the quieter space. To be fair though there was a football match going on.

Location to Disney
There were not enough shuttles to Disney and the shuttle provided was shared with a total of five hotels. The shuttles were filled to unsafe levels. Also hotel lies air conditioning is not available.
