Cons -
- Worst customer service i've experienced in any hotel, no air conditioner in rooms, very outdated rooms/facilities, extra charges for everything, dust everywhere, way too expensive for what you get. Tons of hotels nearby that are a better choice!
- The hotel really needs a deep clean, remodel, and working phone/appliances (in our room at least).
- It¿s a little far from Disneyland so we have to wait for the bus and bus only comes every 20 minutes.

Waterslides
Worst customer service i've experienced in any hotel, no air conditioner in rooms, very outdated rooms/facilities, extra charges for everything, dust everywhere, way too expensive for what you get. Tons of hotels nearby that are a better choice!

Excellent location, breakfast, shuttle, playgrounds, and arrangements for families.

The room had a great theming and it was very clean and comfortable. I liked that there was complimentary breakfast.
It¿s a little far from Disneyland so we have to wait for the bus and bus only comes every 20 minutes.
