Location and staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean

Location it was exceptional, close to the center not a walkable distance but if you are not driving they offer a shuttle to the city center) . Good breakfast and comfortable rooms, the hotel has a private beach area for the guests; Also private parking spaces for a fee Staff were extremely helpful the ac on my room didn’t work in less than a hour they gave me a new room within the same floor!

The view to the ocean and the easy access to the beach. The room is bright and modern, with a nice balcony. They also provide indoor and beach slippers. Excellent breakfast!

Room is small- a little tight for 2 person with 4 small pieces of luggage. If you drive there, parking takes a while- one person has to go with their concierge to a garage about a mile away. So just allocate enough time for dropping and getting your car

The location is absolutely amazing, as are the staff - attentive and extremely welcoming! Was great to have a private beach!The hotel is very clean and the food is delicious!

The only downside is that the pool is minuscule, but that is made up by the proximity of the beach.

To be honest, I don't understand how this hotel is rated as a 4* hotel only, as the quality of the services and of the facilities is at the highest level.One of the best experiences all over Sicily, the most friendly staff and excellent postioning, on the beach front Definitely the best location in Letojanni and maybe also in Taormina, for this price level. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Parking availability, but this is not hotel related, but municipality related.All parking places on the main street in front of the hotel are occupied by residents, having 'disabled' stickers on the window. I have looked over for the people picking up their cars, neither one of them looked disabled to me...

Location, private beach, facilities.

Beautiful spot right at the sea. Excellent service and eye for detail. Everyone very friendly. Beautiful room and excellent location. Best place to stay at the beach.

Parking is a big challenge. I booked a hotel parking spot for 20 euros but when I arrived they ignored me. I had to drive around in circles before the hotel opened a spot for me. I was lucky. This is a real downside of the hotel and to be considered when choosing to go. It can be very stressful when you can’t find a parking space.

Housekeeping was bad. I was told that bedsheets and towels were supposed to be changed every 2 days but 5 days have passed without change although I informed the front desk twice. And the pool was below ordinary.

Renovated, very clean, excellent location

This hotel is fantastic! The people are super nice! The breakfast is amazing! The rooms are big and quiet. The location is great. I would definitively come back to this hotel for another vacation.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.Breakfast offered a delightful array of both sweet and savory options, including freshly squeezed orange juice that was simply divine. Dinner was a culinary highlight, featuring gourmet presentations of delicious local dishes that truly celebrated the region's flavors. I can't wait to return for a longer stay in the summer. Highly recommended!

Paid parking was secure but too far from hotel if you wanted to use the car at all during your stay

It was very clean, everything was great, dinner as a three course menu as in excellent restaurant, staff was always very helpful and kind,beach in front of the hotel, everything what u need if you want to relax, and stuff at the restaurant really made our vacation even better, they are very kind , funny and they Make a Great atmosphere there, right people at the right place

We liked the cleanliness, the location, the staff, including the restaurant staff.

Rooms were clean.

They promote the hotel as being inside or super near Taormina, whereas it's nothing close to that. It is at least 20 minutes (40 with traffic) away from Taormina by car, if you are lucky to find one! If we didn't make friends with our driver, there was no way the hotel could find us a taxi. The terrible shuttle service they have was fully booked for the whole week - I've never seen a worse organized shuttle service offered by a hotel before which we could never benefit from. You would think you get there, order it and hop on it as it's a shuttle service of the hotel! Cherry on top is they could only call 3 different taxi drivers, whereas they should have at least 30 on their list to help their clients go around. Even I had 3 contacts in a week.Secondly, the bigger scam was the car park which was 10 minutes away from the hotel by car! If you don't have a car park right in front of your door or in the garage, you don't put car park as a facility. They just use random car parks in the town and make the client waste time and money on it. By the way, they only helped us out with the parking spot by driving us there (?), because we argued, otherwise they wouldn't even bother bringing us to a car park.Honestly, such a disappointing experience with unqualified receptionists!

Great staff - very kind and helpful, special thanks to Maurizio in the restaurant for all the attention. The room was arranged perfectly, I had everything what I needed.

In the bathroom strong smell of the sewage system, slippery shower - and as a solo traveller I got the only room from where there's no view. In the restaurant if you would order sicilian classics like cannolo you will get a revised one...please bring back the classics.

Albatros hotel is fantastic, the value for the price is very great.Modern, clean hotel, beautiful and clean pool,we only took breakfast and it was varied with a large selection

We didn't understand why we had to pay for the hotel's beach towels. It is clear that a set of beach towels is not enough for the entire vacation and the hotel expects us to pay each time
