The location in the gps leads to wrong direction and it is a little bit difficult to find.The beds could be more comfortable

Not so clean. Some part of the wall in the alley was mould. We stayed in the room 2510.

The front desk staff and the service staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good, and the walk to the beach and town of Letojanni were convenient. The two outdoor pool areas were in good shape and fine for the stay. (I still always have to laugh that when a european facility advertises “hot tub” it really is a cold water hot tub that will be hot when the weather is hot. The hot tubs here were cold. The facility is dated with much needed updating. Multiple areas smelled of mold, mildew and sewer. The food was unimpressive and very plain — just like a cruise ship buffet. The gym was very poor shape — needs updating.

Fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool. Very experienced and preapred staff.Food was aboundant and the restourant comfortable.There's a spa, a small gym and a heated indoor swimming pool that we used in colder days.I would say we got good quality for a good price.

The forniture of our room smelled of smoke, like if someone had smoked inside.People are allowed to smoke in their own balcony, with consequences you can imagine.

Amazing location. Beach elevator! A maze of a hotel, but really a special place.

A little outdated in terms of furniture, but not so much to be a distraction. Really sort of adds to experience. Great place.

Great location, lots of space

You will literally be transported back to 1980s. The hotel is in desperate need of major renovation. It’s the paradise of mass charter tourism with an avarage guest age 50+…

The location is great, you can easily get to the beach or Taormina very easy.

The timings of some of the activities were not very good. For example everything opens at 9am so no swim/ gym before breakfast. Like everywhere in Sicily things close for a couple hours at lunch. (Gym included) all this means is the facilities you would like to use you probably don’t because it clashes with the restaurant canteen times. The decor was a little dated too. And the coffee was a bit crap.

I really liked the view!

The breakfast was mediocre and absolutely not good for 4 stars hotel. For 4 nights our sheets were not changed even once. The hotel is old and never renovated. Practically everything in the hotel is quite amortized. The personnel are not supportive and in most cases don’t speak English. There was a case where a maintenance worker went into the room from the terrace!!! There are a LOT of mosquitoes EVERYWHERE! We ordered a taxi from the hotel to a restaurant and the driver almost left us 1+ kilometer from it(we had a person with disability in the group). The terraces and bathrooms are quite dirty. The last evening there was horrible, our flight was quite early on the next morning, but the hotel personnel decided that it will be great idea to organize a musical evening followed by one hour of moving tables/chairs around…it ended at 12:30 AM and we needed to wake up at 4:00 AM. This hotel deserves 2 stars maximum and the booking rating is absolutely not deserved (it should be 5). We will never visit it again!

Big room, great location, very kind personal in hotel and in restaurant.

The furniture is old (including the matress) and the breakfast is the same every day.

I like how the location is on the slope of a mountain where you get amazing views of Italy and Taormina, you can travel on foot to letojanni just by taking the hotel cable car and lift from the twin hotel below, breakfast was good.

That you have to pay extra for the swimmingpool or parking, would be nice if included in the price.

The fantastic view from the sea side balcony and from everywhere. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent and and we could have dinner as well at extra cost. The room has balcony, it was clean and absolute okay for us (3 persons). We enjoyed staying here, it was an extraordinary experience because of the locaton of the hotel.

The shower was awful, there was not enough water in it. It was very hard to have a shower, I could not wash my hair for example. We stayed only 3 nights, so it was acceptable but I can not imagine how to shower kids after beach in the summer.The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from other rooms and from the restaurant. In april the hotel was silent but in the summer it could be very annoying (especially with little kids)

Great breakfast and nice views from various parts of the hotel.

We didn't get the room we prebooked and paid for (we got a partial see view close to the high way instead of a panorama view further up with a big terrace). First they said that that part of the hotel was closed, which was obviously not true (we saw lights on and people up there) and when we confronted the staff about it, they could only get a room ready for us in that section of the hotel for our 2nd night (we only stayed 2 nights) which was very inconvenient to say the least.

Do not stay weekends as it is more like a reception place then a hotel with wedings and you will not sleep till 2.00am.

That we where leaving ?

This hotel is out of date.And is catering for the working class of sicily.So shouting Loud music and overbooked. Not suitable for European holiday people !!!!!

Staff is very unresponsive and non friendly. It is still stuck in the 1980 s . We were really disappointed . No AC in the room although they tell u that it’s working.

Do not go there it’s a total mess .
