The property is super clean and the staff is so friendly and kind! Great breakfast options, Cafe and bar on site with snacks and ice cream is super convenient. The affiliation with the beach club is an added bonus with the free shuttle.

The breakfast was simple and good. The rooms were clean and nice. No complaints about the hotel. Highly recommend. The hotel even provided us with cycles so that we could explore the area. It was great. The beach is 15 minutes away on foot and 5 minutes away by cycle. Great stay!

Nicest hotel staff ever! Very nice and warm people, super positive and helpful, they definitely deserve a raise ?. The hotel is a bit outdated but the people working there made our stay one of the nicest.Our bus was at 13:30 so they let us check-out late and even drove us to the bus station.Swimming pool was very nice, restaurant as well, each day they had different menu with local food. Few times I asked if they can cook something else for me and they did, without a problem.

A bit far from the beach but there is a shuttle taking you to the beach or you can take bicycles from the hotel.A but far from city as well, so it is difficult to go the city for dinner or drinks.

The terrace on the top floor apartment is huge and nice, you see both sunrise and sunset. Rooms were older but very clean.Hotel has a big swimming pool - water was quite cold (last decade of September)Hotel restaurant has a small kids play area - so parents can enjoy breakfast in peace :DGood coffee and breakfast incl. champagne :)

I am wondering why there is no bridge over the canal that would enable direct access to the beaches.. that wold make the beach easily accessible by foot.You have to walk around the water reservoir / water canal for at least 15-20 minutes to reach first beach, even though it's quite close..We did not have a car and there is no taxi service or public transport to Porto Cesareo form the hotel after official season and it is at least 30 minutes walk to the port (adult pace, not a striking toddler)Also the Orange Sun beach they advertise is a driving distance, not walking distance.

Breakfast was very basic, the tables were sloppy, almost looked unhygenic… the staff was very friendly, the rooms are basic but clean and spacious…

Room nice and clean and big...but facilities of pool and sun loungers...terrible, restaurant very basic...and while staff very accommodating, the management needs to look to modernise and get painting the pool area and new flowers, sun loungers and invest...etc....

Very dated and overpriced....it felt like a hostel...but unfortunately had 5 star prices....so very disappointed...not sure how its getting high ratings on booking !!!

It was very clean and well located as per the advertisement. The pool was lovely and warm and clean. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable.

We did pay quite a lot for this property on half board and the photos make it look slightly more upgraded than it is. It’s a little bit more old fashioned than expected but we still loved our stay and would return. The sunbeds at the pool could do with updating as they are getting a little worn.There could be a ramp or walkway from the hotel to the pool/restaurant as we had a pram and had to carry it up quite a few steps daily.

Nice hotel with a big parking, so you don't have to worry about where will you park your car. It has a great swimming pool, pretty big with a lot of beach beds and umbrellas. The breakfast was solid but a bit basic - it had freshly squeezed orange and prosecco but no vegetables or salads and only one type of cheese. The pasticiotto was store bought but excellent! The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady was really pleasant. The air conditioning was good. The staff is good and polite and helpful.

It's not really near the beach; you need to walk some 10-15 minutes. The fridge in the room was not working. We asked for a replacement but didn't get it. There was also no kettle in the room. Everything else was really OK; it is a solid hotel.

The room was clean. The terrace would need some repairs.The breakfast may be better. No vegetables at all. Only toast bread, no normal bread or panini. Only one type of cheese and ham. We would appreciate more info how to reach the beaches etc. from the staff.The swimming pool is nice and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for us. They helped us organise ourselves .and give us pointers where to go in town. The waiters at the breakfast buffet were exceptional. Highly recommend this place five minute car drive out of the busy city centre

Nice holiday village. The beach is approx. 5-600 metres. Shore is sandy, water is crystal clear.Hotel and breakfast are good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, bike rental for free, very good breakfast, spacious room, extremely good value for money (in May). Dinner was perfect.

WiFi was strong, but I had to ask for a new code several times since there was no connection anymore after some time.

The room are big and confortabel and the staff super kind. The pool area is really nice and their breakfast is good. The hotel is not that new but is a nice place to stay!

First of all, the friendliness of the staff, with Rachele and Daniela at the reception, our cleaning lady, Marcello and Giacomo in the restaurant, and the hotel owner. All extremely welcoming and service oriented. Food was excellent, breakfast fresh and rich of choices. Evening menus well chosen and freshly cooked.Swimming ideal for a day of rest. Porto Cesareo and surrounding beaches / locations easy to reach by car. Parking hotel for free and always available.

The airco in the room was outdated and couldn't have been more powerful. No water cooker in the room for own coffee / tea in the room.Our room had a small window with view on the street and an empty building under construction.

Very comfortable bed. Terrace was nice to have but flooring needs replacing. Certainly before hosting a young child. Shuttle service to beach also very good.Nice large pool.

It would have been nice to have someone come round thebpool occasionally. Offer drinks or put up an umbrella.Constant radio noise on the terrace Distance to anywhere . Bus or car always required. Food on offer and general ambience quite outdated . Also ended up paying nearly as much for 1 course as I did for four. .

They should not advertise as wifi available. If you are lucky it takes you 5 minutes to see the wifi then another 5-10 minutes to connect then you to put in the information they provide, and after 15 - 30 minutes, you are on but hold. It kicks you out and you have to do it all again. If your room 2nd floor no wifi. If you go to breakfast or the pool no wifi. while they have clear access to the internet, they don't give customers the luxury of having wifi. This is my experience on. the first day after that they told me wifi had a problem and it would be fixed the next day but it was never fixed and I had no Wi-Fi access the rest of my stay. They even had nerve to say most people have internet on their phone

The location was great. The staff greeted me very nice , very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

The breakfast could have been better, and the beach is not 350m away as stated. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the beach which is 2 km drive away.

The rooms were big, and exceptionally clean. But the decor is incredibly basic, and the bathroom appearance reminded me of a care home. The reception staff were very nice and spoke ok English. However, no other staff (ie restaurant staff) had any second languages, which is something you may expect in a hotel. The rooms were kept very clean, as were the communal areas. Air con worked well. Pool was nice, but deck chairs are tired.

The food in the restaurant was terrible, and expensive. The decor in communal areas, the rooms, restaurant is very tired. Staff can only communicate with you in Italian, so ordering is difficult. However this is the same in the whole area of Porto Cesáreo. We speak a couple of languages fluently, unfortunately Italian is not one, so we struggled.The wifi is ancient. You need to re enter two codes every time you open your phone to use it.The beach beads are €50 euros a day, and even then, you are packed into an incredibly busy beach which is unpleasant.If booking through booking.com be aware of extra taxes and costs for cots etc in room, as you will be hit with a big bill at the end of your stay!
