- A wonderful, welcoming gem in the heart of Italy. Beautifully appointed room, comfortable and warm, with balcony views of the Olivella countryside, very relaxing. Staff and service were truly top notch. Tonino and his Team were warm and welcoming, and extremely responsive, helpful and empathic with sorting out some changes to our booking all of our own doing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cons -
- There were lights on the balcony which we couldn't switch off as they were controlled by the administrator. So it was disturbing at the beginning. But as we closed the curtains the problem was solved.

Professional reception and restaurant service. I could feel everywhere that they care about the customer. Food at dinner was very good, also breakfast convinced me. The hotel owner served us wine from his own vineyard. The day we left, he gave us some tips for nice biking routes. We followed his advice and found the tour was beautiful.
We loved the location - very quiet and peaceful. Hills surround the hotel, so the view from the window was very picturesque. The room was cosy with all needed things for comfort stay.
