Everything was amazing ! The beauty of the hôtel, the service, the breakfast, the kindnest of the receptionist ! Everything was great ! They also give towels for the beach and sunbrella !

Clean rooms, tasty breakfasts. Possibility of having beach towels and umbrella from hotel. You can enjoy sunbathing beds and whirlpool in the hotel's garden.

There was no vegetables for breakfast (at least tomatoes and/or cucumbers would be appreciated).Unfortunately, no nice beach or restaurant in the walking distance. That means you need to go by car every, every time.The room utilities were rather impractical. I would throw away conference table and armchair and add one more wardrobe. Bar fridge had poor cooling power so it takes two days to cool down you drinks if you fully load it. Shower was leaking water. Toilet and shower are in one room, withou forced venting.

Hotel staff were impeccably polite, helpful and kind; they always went above and beyond for us. Location was excellent for some of the best beaches in the south east, and Cagliari is a 20min drive in the other direction. Breakfast was fresh (warm bread, freshly-baked croissants, fresh fruit etc). The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! We were also able to use the sister hotel’s pool for free (a short drive away) which was a lovely bonus.

A bit too few parking spots/unorganized parking. Not so practical with lots of luggage.Pillows were a bit hard and thick for our taste.It's some minutes to drive to the next beach and parking lots there are packed.

The location is perfect to explore many beautiful beaches, as the hotel is just in the beginning of the costiera (coastal road). New hotel, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Plenty of shelves and space for luggage. The bathroom is clean and with a nice walk in shower. Breakfast is served on the terrace. Helpful and professional staff. Plenty of private parking space.

They gave us the option of an early breakfast before official breakfast times

The location of the Hotel is very handy, close to the main beaches and the staff were very helpful and kind, the room was spacious and a big balcony was a nice place to have dinner.

The Bathroom was a walk-in box without a door, The glass covering the box was so small that the floor in front of the toilet would have 3mm of water, very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was broken and the sink was really low. Also, a lot of mosquitoes in the room as they didn't have a net on the windows, one night we had 9 and another 4 during the morning (so where you mosquito repellent).

Not recommended considering also the high price rate.

Check-in at 17.00-20.00pm and check-out at 10.00 am, is not so convenient for customers, as also 1 day stay will indicate about 14 hours accommodation. Personnel not so polite and always keep saying “this is our hotel’s policy”. Breakfast is poor. No bar opened for the last 2 years, so e.g. coffee can be served only during breakfast. Reception personnel available for about 6 hours every day, while no assistance available during rest hours. Lastly, we stayed 4 nights and no clean towels were given.

Very nice staff and very clean place

Fragrance in the room and in the hotel in general was too strong and not pleasant. Jacuzzi was not working due to maintenance without a notice. Breakfast selection could be richer and could have had more vegan options. There aren't any restaurants neither a beach in walking distance

The location was not the best becase there were very few possibilities to have a lunch or any kind of food during the day. But on the other hand the location was very calm and near to the sea :)

Nice and kind stuff - on Reception and ALL of them , clean and nice hotel , new building, nice garden , close to many beaches , parking, but..

there are no Internet on the Rooms ( only in Lobby) and you are not not able to open the window during night because of mosquitoes and you can’t sleep without oxygen.. ( A mosquito net on a small window? hmm?) owners of Hotel wake up , with a little money for fixing this problems you can have good hotel…

Breakfast was nice, hotel is new, clean.

Feels like a completely dead space, empty hotel, empty garden in the middle of nowhere. Could be a nice place if they make it more alive.

Our time at the Maison del sole was just amazing. The accomodation is new and both interier exterier is really stylish and beatiful. In the morning, you can enjoy tastefull breakfast and in the evening delicious food and all kind of drinks and cocktails. We really loved our stay and definetelly would love to come back one day.One big grazie to the owner who was super kind and helpful with everything.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly personnel and good breakfast .Definitely to recommend to stay !

The Hotel has just opened one week ago. Everthing ist new and the rooms are very well furnished with a modern interior. The bed was comfy and the room super clean. The Hotel Staff is very nice and friendly. We had a fantastic stay here! Highly recommended!
