nice pool, friendly and professional staff, very nice views and excellent breakfast (the best we had in the entire trip, including those we paid extra money for, or had at the bars/cafes). special note of appreciation for the excellent cornetti (brioches) and cappuccino, and for even having gluten and lactose free options. the facilities are fairly new.

nothing. certainly only suitable if you have a car and are not scared of driving on narrow and steep country roads. the nearby villages offer several dinner options. Asking guests to recycle is great but then more guidance would be needed: even within Italy rules change on a province and even town basis, so we cannot know whether in this area plastic and paper must be separated or collected together ? ideally, provide info about this (also in English and with pictures) on the bins.

I liked the fact that each block was in a diagonally ascending order, meaning that each has a clear view of the beautiful scenery.I also liked that there was a swimming pool nearby with a very good view as well.

Great location with montainview. Qiet and separated from busy busy roads and centres. Swimming pool is a fantastic place to cool down whenever you need it. Children were excited.

You have to have a car to reach any place: shop, beach or nearest Village. (There was too hot for bikes during our stay). :)

Relaxing ambient and friendly staff. The hotel is located near beautiful beaches in an area that is not yet crowded by tourists.

The room was big and nice, the terrace has ocean view, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it's relatively close to the beach (assuming you move by car, of course). Also the breakfast was ok. Close to nice beaches.

The hotel is actually not a hotel, but several apartments located on a hillside, with the swimming pool at the very bottom. What the pictures don't show is that this hillside is quite steep. We were on one of the top apartments and it was an intense walk all the way up (although we are 45 and relatively fit). So it's definitely not for everyone. Also the ramp for the car don't allow for maneuver, so if you don't feel confident with steep ramps (either forward or backwards) it's not for you.The bedroom could be improved with small things like a mosquito net on the bathroom window and on the main door, to allow having the door open and let air circulate, because it can get very hot during the day and it takes a while until the A/C gets it cooled down.

The view from the terrace is wonderful and the swimming pool is really nice.The breakfast was very good.

We sometimes had trouble sleeping beacause of noisy neighbours (from the private house)

This is a very good accommodation for solo travelers, couples, families as well as groups. The suites are large and each has a small private garden. The rooms are very clean.
