On the positive side, the staff were generally friendly, the cleanliness was satisfactory, and the food was decent.

hat disappointed me was the unexpected extra charges: we had to pay €98 for beach access and sunbeds, which was never mentioned during the booking process. Even when I said I wouldn’t use them, I was told the fee was mandatory. Additionally, I paid €5 per towel, and if I wanted to exchange them, it was another €5 per towel — something I’ve never encountered in any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Overall, while the location was great, these hidden costs made the experience less enjoyable.

Staff members had poor attitude , in particular the barman , rude , asking for drinks or food seemed to upset him , this guy is in the wrong job.

My stay at the resort had some pleasant moments, but a few issues detracted from the overall experience. Starting with the positives: the biggest strength of this place is certainly the staff. Every employee was exceptional—extremely polite, attentive, and always available to assist in any situation. Moreover, the resort offers a very calm and peaceful environment, perfect for those seeking relaxation. The food was also a highlight. The buffet was varied and well-prepared, offering delicious options for all tastes.

However, the negative aspects significantly impacted my experience. The most frustrating part was the additional costs that were not clearly explained during booking. For instance, towel rentals and beach access are charged separately, and even if you don’t use these services every day, you are required to pay for the entire stay. These extra charges made the final cost of the experience less enjoyable than expected from a 4-star resort.Another issue was the unpleasant odor in the bathrooms, which is definitely not in line with the standards of a resort claiming to be 4 stars. Additionally, there were very few entertainment options for children, which could be a challenge for families looking for activities for the little ones.

The location of the hotel. We enjoyed pines on the beach and viewing mountains. In one word, nature is beautiful on this island.

First of all, of course it isn't 4* hotel.1. Food was almost the same every day. On breakfast only boiled eggs and scramble (sometimes with egg shell) and one type of the same cheese every day. We are vegetarians, so I will comment it from this point of view. And I see it for the first time that you are not allowed to take food by yourself. It was complication for us because they always gave us only a little portion and we had to ask every single time to give us more because it is the only food we have to eat.COFFEE!!! Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I was expecting to drink good Italian coffee but you will get only instant Nescafe. For better beans coffee you need to pay additional money on bar.Vegetables are the same every day on breakfast and dinner: sometimes a little bit green tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. This is it.2. When you come please be ready to pay additional money for using swimming pool, for animation, for deck chairs. And on reception they will tell you very unfriendly that it is mandatory! We paid additional 70 eur. But when we came to the beach and laid on deck chair from nowhere appeared a lifeguard and said us that we need to pay additional 15 eur each for the first raw, we just started laughing....fui, shame on you and your attitude towards your guests. The problem is not to pay money, the problem that when we are on vacation I want to pay one time for everything when I am still at home and not to pay for every step I made in your hotel. Why you didn't mentioned it in the description, why you didn't include this amounts in the total sum if it is mandatory from your words. It looks like you want to cheat your guests. Your pool is shallow only for small kids, we didn't even used it. You don't have any animation program, you lied to us.

Kids program and swimming pool is super child friendly

We were surprise there is no mosquitos in the summer time. Huge bonus for the stay as a mosquito bite pro person

Access to the beach

There was no internet available for a "standard room", which was not mentioned during booking. Tiny shower cabin. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast had very poor options. No "kids-free" zones for adults that don't want to be bothered by other people's screaming children.

Clean and food

To much hiding expenses like umbrella and sun bath 42 euros during the stay to access to beach and swimming pool of the hotel . I never see that. Water bottles complimentary only for the first night. Then it’s not free Towels for beach not freeTheses information should be told before the booking to avoid any surprises. And of course if I knew that I will never book to this hotel. I will not recommend your hotel to someone.

We loved hospitality of the staff, they were wonderful and very helpful! Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day and we have no objections on that part. Beach is beautiful, big, the sea is clean and refreshing, food was delicious. We will definitely return to this wonderful place.

It would be good to have internet in the rooms as well not just in public areas in the hotel.

The swimming pool was great for kids.

The lack of a ramp that connected the rooms at the back of the resort to the main area (crossing the road).Yes there is a ramp at the entrance of the car park but cars pass there so I don’t think it is safe with a pushchair with a baby.Next year we will have another baby and I would not be able to lift two push chairs by hand down the steps.

The resort is wonderfully placed in a quiet spot. Beach is very well organized and clean. The whole structure is clean and well kept, with particular attention to the gardens.

Lacking of food options and variety. Overall the structure seems understaffed and the personnel appears a bit demotivated and overwhelmed

Hardly a 4-star property. Everything works but there are no luxurious or exceptional elements whatsoever. Pool is small and strict usage hours are enforced. Also mind numbing music is force fed to pool users with load volume all day. Breakfast is very modest and very very Italian(meaning a huge variety of sugary pastries but hardly any healthy options. They even lacked normal mysli that did not have scholate chips in it). They fruit that was available was mostly non-ripe plums and rock hard kiwi.

Nice wide, empty beach, part sand/part pebble. Beautiful landscaped area with lantana, bougainvillea and oleander plants all over the place.

Expected tastier food. Wristband system is not my cup of tea.

Private beach where you can enjoy the sunrise all by yourself, beautiful resort and very nice staff.

The resort is on a beautiful spot of land. Our room on the first floor was very nice.

I was surprised that none of the many Italian guests rioted at the buffet, this was among the worst food I've ever been offered in Italy and the weakest buffet I have ever seen in a top-rated resort.

Unfriendly staff!Pool is not deep enough only 120-140 as deepest, good for kids but not for everyone, and it is to crowded, an tragic accident happened in the pool when we where there and i believe that lifeguard would have noticed this quicker if pool was not overcrowded.Beach, looks so nice on pictures…, it’s pebble beach and deep directly close to beach so i was afraid when my 10 yo went in to the water, don’t believe the pictures…Management is poor, doesn’t listen toguests, only think about money.., wich leads me in to the so called comfort card they force you to buy and charge because their bars do not except cash or cards….., it doesnt take longer for the barstaff to put the creditcard in the machine than their comfortcard, just feels like a fraud.I will not recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy!!

Remote location, very isolated, basic in the middle of nowhere. The beach is terrible ?. It's the WORST beach I've been in my life. One step in and it's already deep - so don't go with kids there! Once you get out from the sea the stones from the beach are so sharp, like the niddles. Very, very, very bad experience!!Had big expectations, the pictures look really nice but in the reality you'd just be wasting your money. Disappointed about Sardinia and how beautiful other places are.Food: average.The night shift male receptionist wasn't friendly.There is no WiFi!We were mandatorily charged €6/day/person for the umbrella and the sunbeds and that's a scam as there were no people sitting on that beach.That's not a 4 star hotel, they don't even offer you a free bottle of water!If you want to use the bar, they're not accepting cash/ cards, they'd oblige you to top up their card.Avoid!
