nice estate with hotel, fancy SPA, good breakfast and restaurant

Read what I did not like.

The spa is advertising in the regular photos but is not included (apparently they cannot specify that on booking), also the spa wasn't available the days we were there what a coincidence the photos of the spa are all over the gallery but isn't available, it looks like a scam to me, since we went to this place just for the spa, they offered us to open it for us but again we should pay the full price just for a cold shower and finish sauna, again, a scam. The dinner was a disappointment, we asked for very simple dishes and they brought us one of them wrongly. The breakfast was the most sad thing I saw in years in a hotel, they claim to be 4 stars but the breakfast was full of package food like croissant, cookies and even cheese! Everything very tasteless and bad quality, they don't even have scrambled eggs!! The person on the breakfast took out order of 2 coffees that took around 10 min to bring because she was talking with someone else from the stuff when the breakfast room was empty! For real a disaster experience, avoid this place unless you are sure they have all you want open and included.

We arrived during torrential rain so couldn't really make the most of the environment but the room was really comfortable and breakfast was great.

Clean spacious rooms

The restaurant staff are slow, inattentive, food finally arriving after 70 minutes but no cutlery ! Suggest you find an alternative restaurant in the local town.

We liked everything, we have stayed here couple of times already and will come again. Great breakfast, and the dinner in the estaurant (that you need to pay for extra), nice rooms, lots of green, nice helpful people.

Just minor suggestion: I would welcome sheltered parking so that the cars are not on the sun all the time. And a note: If you use everything that is offered (spa, restaurant, room service) it can get costly.

The room, the scenery, the hospitality the area and specially the parking space (plenty) if you’re in Italy you know what a problem it is to find parking space.

Cleanliness and comfort. Free welcome drink was highly appreciated. Awesome breakfast for the price.

Amazing setting and breathtaking view all around the hotel. The staff is very responsive and professional, helping me from directions to hotel to parking and finding out more about all the amenities including the SPA!

Wellness :(

Great hotel with good facilities, breakfast is really good, staff is very helpful with all your requests and rooms are spacious and clean. Massages and spa center is beautiful and very well equipped with swimming pools and many types of rooms/treatments.

Everything, the location, the staff, the public areas, the room, the restaurant and breakfast, could not fault in any way

There is nothing to dislike

The facilities and staff are exceptional. The restaurant was really good too. We loved the spa. Its an easy walk to the sea side and the view from the hotel is super as well. I would highly recommend.

Noise from the highway. After a day I did not notice it.

No English menu at the restaurant

We stayed here on our way back from England. Everything was better than expected. Lovely place, ample parking, quiet room, pleasant surrounding area, restaurant had fabulous food, staff were excellent. Would definately stay again.

Location too close to highway

property was well located and very big. breakfast was very good and staff very polite

the rooms they were furnished with horrible taste and furnitures bed included they had visible marks of use ( the headboard of the bed was in red fake leather totally scratched)
