Was a new hotel

The front desk people need to learn how to treat people and they do not have tea at the room no coffee no soap the room temperature is very hot

A pleasant, practical spot to stay relatively near FCO with a nice breakfast and shuttle service arrangements available.

Staff was a little curt and had a little trouble with language, though none of this was really a problem. Also a little farther away from the airport than I realized with traffic. Taxi ride was 45 minutes during rush hour.

We made our reservation at the last minute due to a train strike. We arrived late at night and your desk person was so friendly and helpful. He made us LOVE the hotel from the minute we arrived!

Room is clean but a lot mosquito we can not sleep at all

Only saving grace to this experience was the staff that worked when I arrived. Very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in, refresh after 36 hours of travel and go down stairs for much needed hydration and food. Thank you gentleman and chef.

The fact the hotel canceled my original reservation without consulting me first. If they needed to preauthorize, they should have contacted me. They would have discovered my card had been compromised. This lack of good business is what drives the score.

Very clean, simple but modern and good breakfast.

Great location and friendly staff

No option for a snack, not even a vending machine. That’s a miss for sure as there is no convenience store nearby.

We had time to enjoy breakfast and beach.

Directly across from the beach - great sunset from the rooftop terrace. Good breakfast with lots of options before heading to the airport after a great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and lots going on. Fun place!

Clean hotel, right on the water, walkable to restaurants!

We stayed here thinking it was a nice town that was close/ easy to get to airport. What we didn’t realize is that during rush hour it’s much longer to get to airport.
