Pros +
- We loved everything about our stay. The grounds and the pool are immaculate and the view is amazing. The staff are also so welcoming and really helped us with a few other excursions. This is a find in the heart of Chianti.
- BREAKFAST IS AMAZING! Sauna is great very relaxing
- Beautiful estate in a very quiet neighborhood. Great location to visit the region, and close to a nice village with many good restaurants and wineries. Very nice restaurant in the hotel, although clearly more expensive than the nice but less trendy osterias you can find nearby.
Cons -
- Haird dryer a little bit old but everything works perfect
- However, not a 4 stars hotel. We rented a two-bedroom flat. The boiler which was just above the toilets was continuously leaking water. We inform the staff several times. They did not have it repaired, did not propose to relocate us (the hotel was mostly empty), did not indemnify us in any way, and even did not apologize... Also, although the two bedrooms were large and beautiful, the 'leaving room' was very awkward, and unwelcoming, not designed with guest comfort in mind. There is no seating in front of the TV and no proper kitchen (in a cabinet).
- the private gravel dirt road leading to the resort

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The picturesque location and aesthetics were amazing
the private gravel dirt road leading to the resort
Location is great, right at the heart of Chianti. the facility is beautifully maintained and managed. car parking is not so close, but spacious. Room is comfortable. Restaurant is very good. the local Chianti Classic wine is great.
Breakfast is over priced.Rolling the trolly from the car to the lobby is not comfortable.
The location was beautiful, and the spa facilities were perfect. We especially enjoyed the small indoor pool, which was a cozy escape when it was raining outside.
The room was extremely dark; there was hardly any light in the bathroom. Despite being a 4-star hotel and my pregnancy, no one offered us any assistance with the language barrier. In addition, no welcome drink or any other gesture was offered to make us feel greeted upon arrival, as you would accept from an hotel on this level.
Pool was nice. Food at the restaurant is good.
I did not like the fact that there is no one to help with luggage's, especially that we have to park outside and need to drag all luggage through pebbles upward road.
This was the perfect stay for us as a couple who needed some quiet and romance. The resort has a beautiful pool and a pampering spa. The apartment was spacious and the atmosphere was magical. We could spend entire days just relaxing in the hotel while listening to the birds sing.
Unpleasant and dim lights in the apartment.Cleaning - the floor and carpet were very dirty with dust and someone’s nails. We had to ask the reception twice until it was finally cleaned.Despite that, we would very recommend to stay at this place.
So quiet , location in the heart of Tuscany , great pool , everything we needed to relax
It’s beautiful and the breakfast is great
The smell of our room was of sewage, very strong. They showed us an alternative room, tiny room with heavy smell of old perfume. It smelled like a church. I gave them a chance to compensate us somehow, maybe a discount for a massage ( even not for free, just so we would feel like they care), but they said no and just left us with bad experience. They did try to dismiss the smell with some spray, but the smell was so strong.
Beautiful grounds and rooms and location
Felt the restaurant could improve with a spa would enjoy having some nice salad options.
The location is very beautiful and luxurious. The accommodation is tasteful and huge. Very pleasant experience. Everything very clean. Very large and clean room. Very well located pool area. The service was very good.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. There was an error in the system, and the reservation from booking was not coming out correctly. The staff immediately reacted in the best way. They seated us for dinner while they checked the system so that we would not experience any inconvenience during check-in. They resolved the problem, and after dinner, they checked in us. They were very kind and polite. During the whole stay the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were beautifully designed, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and relaxing, and the attention to detail—from the decor to the cleanliness—was impressive. The view was breathtaking from the room and from facilities. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
Everything was perfect!
The place is amazingly beautiful, well-kept and tidy. Its location is excellent, halfway between Florence and Siena and close to San Gimignano.
We rented the apartment with 3 large bedrooms. The entire apartment is large and spacious, but not very well-equipped with outdated furniture. There is also a kitchenette, but it is not very functional - too small to accommodate 6 residents. The apartment lacks lighting and it is a bit dark inside in the evening. There is heating and the apartment is cozy, but the blankets were not cozy and comfortable.
Wonderful location, definitely worth the drive. Beautiful setting near vineyards with great views. Our room was fantastic, spacious and clean with comfortable bedding, plus well thought of guest amenities. Too bad we didnt try the spa as we were leaving early next day. Lorenzo was very kind and helpful and really tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The fact that we had to leave! But definitely bookmarking this hotel for the future.
The property was beautiful!! Marina the receptionist was so kind and recommended fun towns to go to for the day, thanks to her we had some of the best days in Tuscany. The staff would go above and beyond. Martina and Carlotta were so sweet for breakfast and of course the many cappuccinos. Dinner was delicious downstairs and Alex was the best ! We truly felt so welcomed and cared for. The rooms were big and comfy. The stay over all was a 1000/10. I can’t wait to come back!
The property was incredible. Every detail was considered inside and out. The staff were sensational (especially Lorenzo and the other woman at the front desk). The spa and restaurant were beautiful. I can’t say enough nice things about this resort, and the area. We cannot wait to go back!
Great location for travelers in Tuscany the hotel is beautiful
There is an additional fee for cleaning which was known in advanceI paid the additional fee but the room after wasn't cleaned at all and the towels where not changed
very luxurious, so beautiful building rooms and scenery! great spa facilities everything is so clean and beautiful!the service and crew were amazing, very friendly and generous ❤️
The room and the restroom are both spacious, very clean and comfortable, love the window view. We are very lucky, the restaurant opened just 10 days and their food is pretty good. Staff are really friendly and helpful love the location, which is far away from city, very quiet, beautiful view, and fresh air.
