Good option for a one-night stay before a flight, especially considering the reasonable price with breakfast included. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is definitely a plus.However, the property clearly needs renovation.

There is a strong smell of dampness already at the building entrance, and although the place is clean, the old carpets make it look quite untidy and dated. Overall, acceptable for a short stay, but there is room for improvement.

It's a a hotel on a parking lot of a shopping center - convenient if you're travelling by car. It was very good value compared to other hotels in Udine. The apartment was convenient.

Very old and dirty and smells very bad.

Nice staff and good breakfast. Very nice groups of people staying here. Felt very safe. Bed was ok in comfort. Not great but allowed me to get the rest I needed.

Rooms are outdated with carpet. Stuffy feeling.

There are thieves on the parking nearby and the shopping centre parking as well. Be careful and don't left anything valuable inside your car.

Close to Udine centre. Stayed for one night for a sleepover. Nice staff.

The hotel looks like an old hotel - it could really use a refurbishment. The mattress was really uncomfortable!

I cannot think of a good thing to say about this hotel.

The hotel felt unsafe. My initial room didn’t lock, the safe didn’t work and the lights were fused. I was moved to a different room by a receptionist who made me feel that I was a nuisance. This room was next to the kitchen and I was woken at 5am by staff in there. Furthermore the air conditioning broke down. I had bites all over my body from bed bugs. The room had nog been cleaned properly and there were brown skid marks in the toilet. We left 1 day early and checked into a lovely hotel via Booking.Com nearby. I have stayed in hotels throughout the world and this was the worst I have ever had.

Room price seemed to be inflated due to the football tournament.

Location from city centre and Udine has very few taxis.

Comfy bed & reasonable wi-fi.

Shower curtain meant the water spilt onto the floor & the bathroom was soaking. Shower head needed to be replaced.

Ok, I understand that you cannot ask for luxury if you don't pay much, but still... at least the basic things should be there.- The hotel is old and literaly falling apart, with a lot of damage and old stuff in both the rooms and common areas.- Rooms were quite dirty too. Carpets and bathroom especially.- Breakfast is SUPER basic, the bare minimum which one can expext from a hotel of this level. Just cold stuff, all products from discount brands, even coffee was bad which in Italy is really an exceptional thing :)- Location is bad too, in front of the parking lot of a cinema with awful people walking around. Luckily I am a man and my family was always with me, I would have felt unsafe if I were a woman alone...

Warm shower, air-con was OK and the TV had good programmes. Parking was free, as the hotel is next to a huge cinema and retail center. Price of room was lower, but I now know why. Breakfast was OK, but no eggs and no vegetables. The receptionist was kind, as most their employees were. Kudos to them for keeping this place running. This is a "one-night-only-if-you-have-no-other-option" kind of stay.

It's a worn-out establishment that desperately needs refurbishment. Dirty and smelly carpets with a stale feeling upon entering the room. The ventilation ducts are so dirty that one can see they haven't been cleaned for years. The furniture is from the period of Italian independency. The beds are uncomfortable, and the bathroom had large black hairs all over.

- 24/7 reception for our late arrival- all towels, soaps, shampoo available- nice helpful staff- enough parking as it’s sort of shopping mall area- restaurants coffee fastfoods just across the street

- we got very smelly smoker room (although selected non-smoker preference), thankfully staff was helpful with change of the room- poor WiFi in the corner room- basic breakfast, no eggs just sweets, yoghurts, ham and cheese- air condition only in main room, not in the sleeping room, had to keep the door open- thin walls

Not a very attractive location but fine if you're passing through. Coffee at breakfast was poor but otherwise breakfast pretty good.
