Best Western Hotel Goldenmile Milan

Great location off the highway with very helpful friendly staff.

Could improve with providing water for the guests in the room and ensuring a full towel selection including washcloth¿s. Solid 9/10.

Clean room. Some staff members were gracious and helpful. Manager did what managers do: back the help. One staff member needs to be fired immediately for disrespect, lack of even the most basic of civility.

Roberts was the single rudest human being I have encountered in 65 years of travel.

This hotel is a glorified motel! Staff at the reception was barely hospitable. During my two night stay the room was not cleaned. Housekeeping had over 7 hours to clean but didn¿t make it to my room. Even after asking them to clean the room they didn¿t.

Terrible location. Non 4 stars. Ita 3 stars.

A little far from the city center but the price is fair to stay. The breakfast is good during the stay. Love the fruits. Bed is comfortable and clean. A worth consider place to stay when in Milan.

The round chair for the small desk is not comfortable to sit... It slides easily and is not balanced.

Perfect location for concert at snai La Mura so will be back to stay for sure rather than drive home at 2am - comfortable and nice - outside is not but we were in the suburbs of Milan - but hotel was fine Small wellness centre - excellent

Breakfast staff were very good and the food, the omelette in particular, was excellent.

The bathroom was poorly laid out and needed a really good clean. To find the spare toilet roll, you had to get down on your knees and reach up under the sink. The tea / coffee station was poorly stocked - e.g. one sachet of coffee and one sachet of decaf for two people. Penny pinching ... even the toilet paper was the cheapest we have seen in Europe.The room keys were branded THotel Group ... previous owners ... and were clearly showing their age. We twice had to have our door key recoded.

Hotel is located very far from Milan' center and also Navigli. Hotel manager and staff are very rude and also tricky. Room was terrible cold when we entered and it is not possbile to change it from room. Water temperature always changes while taking a shower. I found a short hair inside the coffe cup they serve. Unfortunatelly i realized it until it came to my mouth. I was almost vomiting.. Anything i touched in the room was dirty and old. I don't understand how this facility can have Best Western name with this terrible low service. I will never stay in this hotel again. Pay a bit more and stay another facility. I also will report them to Best Western headquarter.. This facility works againts to their reputation...

Out of the way of city traffic, but close to the subway to get into town. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect

A warm welcome. Easy to find off the motorway. Big, comfortable room. Good breakfast in the hotel for 10€

Everything was great. We were on a room at the front, so could hear road noise. Ask for a rear room if you need a quiet room.

absolutely nothing. upon arrival to our check in we were given a room that had not been cleaned. dirty towels lying everywhere messy beds etc and the room stank of sweat. went to the lobby and the man gave us a different room on the same floor and the cleaner had just came out of it.. this room was also not up to standard and was stinking of sweat. my husband had to book a different hotel for us to stay. the bed was not comfortable and the pillows was shockingly flimsy. the man at reception didn't seem to care that we were canceling our stay with them. the travel to get into milan centre is about a hour also.

Super friendly and and efficient staff at reception, very attentive people at the restaurant (I had breakfast only). Very nice, fresh modern hotel with very spacious room. Clean good bathroom and shower. Breakfast was not included in my room rate but for the 10EUR it was very good. Location was great for me considering my business need, but obviously not when one plans to go to Milano centre.

nothing much, but my room was at the road side which caused some traffic noise. For me it was just acceptable, for others it may be too much. Directions to the staircases should be better as they were hard to find. I just wanted to avoid the lift for sporty reasons, imagine you have to avoid the lifts in case of emergency.

Overall the hotel is very good I have no complaints at all, my suggestion is adding small mirrors in toilets and boost the restaurant service without serving ready meal especially in fall and winter time when is impossible to go out due to the weather conditions

The location was correct as we had to work in Trezzano.

This hotel is greatly overpriced. Breakfast, room, and services in general do not fit with the tariffs. The gym is two running machines, at 50 cm distance from each other. I requested a legal bill some days after the stay and they refused to provide it.
