Location was good, big supermarket and restaurants around the corner

Accommodation was way too small for 4 adults. We had to rent the accommodation next to us as well to have a bit of a relaxing feeling. Couch is too small for 4 persons. Lots of kitchen utilities missing, no sunshade...not coming back there again.

Had everything we needed was very comfortable and the outside area was perfect to enjoy a morning coffee and relax!

Well organized area.Facinating nature.Clean and nice villa.Helpful and very kind staff.Facilities like playgrounds, garbage rooms, toilets, parking lots ping-pong tables, and the restaurant were impressive.You feel yourself like in the home.The location is strategic beside the lake and close to Arona center, we could not leave the area without exploring.

The beach was not clean to use so we have used another beach just few minutes by the car.The private parking of the hired villa was so tight that I could not park my car in.The air condition was only heating.

The deluxe bungalow with Garden View was an excellent choice for us: everything was very functional and practical. The rooms were not that big, but that's expected in a bungalow.

Beginning of April the nights were still kind of cool. The heater was set at 25 degrees C; but as soon as the sunshine hits the bungalow, it became way too warm and we could not turn the heat off.

This little property was well laid out, clean comfortable and compact with everything you could need. Amazing playground on site which the children loves and within walking distance of a large supermarket with everything you could need.

My only two issues with the property was that the car parking space provided was incredibly tight to the point where we couldn’t open the car doors and there were no oven gloves but all the pans had metal handles making cooking hazardous.

Had a excellent few days here and it was perfect for what we wanted. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and really set a positive tone to start your stay. We stayed in a mobile home which perfect for what we needed and the porch area outside was great for sitting out in the evening. The on-site restaurant served great food at reasonable prices, we used it for two events and weren’t disappointed. The two beaches that are available for use by the lake were really nice. Offered easy access to the water for a swim and was a nice area to relax. The views from the beaches were beautiful and the water really clean. 20/25 minute walk from the main train station in Dormelletto and a bus stop right outside the camp. Trains go further north up to Stresa, bus goes to Arona but can get connections from there. Supermarket next to the camp as well. Are car could be useful but we didn’t need one

It suited our needs and met our expectations perfectly

We loved having everything we needed within walking distance. There was really no need to leave the property and traveling with three kids, that is a major plus. My children loved the nightly disco and the pool.

The water temperature in our villa was inconsistent and mosquitoes were awful (not the fault of the campground, I realize).

I love the facilities at the camping. Modern, clean and great location. Efficient staff at the reception.

I recommend that you do not make any reservations at this campsite. I had a reservation with them, they canceled my flight and although they tell you something on the phone, then they don't return your money, they lie to you and they don't help customers. They have won 300 euros, but they have lost a client and they have earned a very bad reputation. You can't treat people like that, greed ends up paying dearly. That area is full of much better establishments, I recommend you look for another one, these are scammers.

We had a lakeside view, it was very clean. Liked the garden area at the front.

We had no cutlery for cooking such as large spoon, small chopping knife . Better cooking equipment would be good.

there was no entertainment/kids club (mid may) therfore the overall price was just too expensive, one servant in the restaurant was just very unfriendly (dude with the rare hair)

The pool was closed. You need to exit the premises to get to the lake, and there is a road in between.

The location is stunning. Right on the lake. With access to the beach. The rented units (we stayed in a superior cottage) are well equipped and have enough room for a young family of 4. The camping has play area for kids, a restaurant, bar, bathing facilities, etc. Supermarket is right in front and a lot of eateries around. Stresa is 45 min drive away and Milan an hour drive away. All in all great to spend time here.

While checking out we were told that EUR 30 will be cut from the deposit because sofa was dirty. After following up and asking to see the room, we found out that sofa was fine but the bed linen (its there essentially to protect the mattress) had some chocolate marks. In any case, they finally agreed not to cut EUR 30. It left a bad taste, we wasted 1.5 hours in check-out. It was a perfect holiday just spoilt by the check-out process.

Lovely camping for families. We spent only 3 nights in the camping and wished to stay more. Activites and attractions for kids. Lovely beach and very well equipped cabin. Highly recommended to all.

The new mobile homes are amazing and set in a superbly maintained area.
