The staff was extremely helpful for this last minute stay. Our other reservation had not worked. It was late and we needed a place to stay. The person at the desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

Parking next to your room like in a USA motel is super-comfortable. The room is Ok, although it doesn't have enough space to open two suitcases. There's no coffee machine, so either grab it in the dining room, or go to a coffee shop elsewhere.

The procedure of getting in and out with the car by showing your room's sign, so the barrier would open, requires the receptionist's attention, which sometimes was busy with other guests checking in or out. The aircon wasn't working, and we were told it's due to some regulation forbidding operation of it during this season (Mid-October)... I don't know how true it is, but we slept with an open window because of it.

Great hospitality, everything is well organised, the lobby of the motel is cosy and well equipped, it's convenient to stay here with your car parked right in front of the room. Rooms are well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable enough for a 1 night stay.

The area around this property is not suitable for tourists. It's full of holiday homes, shopping centres and there's not much to see and no infrastructure for walking and sight seeing nor for a lake beach vacation.

The room was very good, clean and well decorated. Staff very helpful. The bed was super comfortable and had a stylish bathroom, with good shower and lots of additional complimentary accessories. Lots of places to eat nearby (The Old Wild West restaurant, over the road, was good.)

We loved this place! This is in the style of the "American Motel" where you park right in front of your room, which, as for me, makes the experience of staying here relatively unique. The rooms were nice, shower deserves a specific attention (nice design, great water pressure, great water quality). All small 'toilet' supplies are also provided, small treat but very nice overall. We really liked the place, especially its location: it is right near the lake, there are some walking trails in the area, very nice restaurants in the area and many nice towns around. Not sure if this place is good if you are not driving.

I booked two triple Rooms but they charged me extra because the whole booking was in one name. This place is dated and very old. Has peculiar smell all around. No kettle or any facilities other than a very old fridge. It’s built like a motel has no staff around to ask anything other than just one over worked receptionist. It’s exactly like a motel not a hotel. Feels very insecure especially at night. The room walls are dirty with ceiling paint half finished. Would not recommend at all when you can easily get much better places in the same location for the same price

Great stay. Facilities were great decent size room and the bed was big and comfortable. Can't comment on babies cot as we brought our own. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, a big of selection of sweet and savoury food, definitely worth paying 8€ for it. The late check out (12 o'clock) was just perfect for us having a little one who needed a nap mid morning. It's so handy to be able to park right in front of the room and even though it was busy, it was very quiet. Arona and the lake is nearby, literally just 10 mins straight down the road. Perfect for a weekend away:)

The staff were superbly friendly and welcoming! The car is parked right in front of the room and the room was very nice and clean! The breakfast was great as well! The property owner was there and even invited us two cappuccinos on the house :)

-Staff can speak English. (very valuable in Italy) -Very convenient to park your own car in front of the room.-Clean rooms and lobby.-Good breakfast.

-There is a lot of traffic in front of the hotel and no sidewalks, so it is dangerous to walk.-The access to the car from the room is a little noisy at night instead of being easy to get to.-When going from the room to the canteen room or reception, you have to go through the outside. (I couldn't figure out how to open the inner door. It might not open.)

I read some reviews that say "good for one night".In my opinion, if you like the location of the hotel, you can stay for 10 days.The car is in front of the entrance to the room. A big plus because of the luggage.The rooms are nice and big.The bed is huge.Honestly, I was surprised by the small number of guests.And I would like to give a praise to the girl at the front desk.She was very, very kind.

Nice with parking outside the room when the rain is pouring down. Good size of the rooms. Nice bathroom.Basic breakfast, the things they served was good except the capuccino.

Bad smell, door frames coming off the wall, wifi is very very slow, the floor is badly assembled and was moving under our feet.It was raining and very damp in the rooms

We stayed in the suite after our wedding and everything was perfect. Huge room and beautiful hot tub. Convenient parking right outside each room. Very good breakfast and very nice staff.

Very well thought out, all ground floor rooms, parking for a car in front of each room. Nice, big bathroom, enough towels. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Humidity in the room. There is a mcdonalds and a steakhouse nearby, but there is no grocery store nearby. There are no sidewalks anywhere, so it's hard to walk on the side of the road.

- American style motel , easy to stay if you drive through- Friendly staff

- the lack of silence (thin walls), you can hear both the neighbors and the road- the comfort of the mattress (quite hard)

Very nice road motel. Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, parking near the room door as expected. Very good for overnight before flying from MXP
