Hotel Osteria della Pista dal 1875

I think this hotel is very good because the people were very nice. They were very accommodating. If you told them something they will fix it. The food was amazing. In the hotel room was great.

The only thing that I didn?t like about it was that it was a little dusty in the room, but then we said something and they came and they cleaned it.

While parking was free, it was very difficult to get to it (one way streets). Just be mindful of that - especially if you are not from around the area. Also, the rooms were a bit small - we paid for the upgraded room and it was cramped for two adults

The staff at the hotel. We were a party of nine and their airport shuttle would not fit everyone for our flight the next the day. Although we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm, they contracted another vehicle to take us to the airport. Very impressive!!

Such a beautiful and unique property. The restaurant was wonderful. The owner was delightful and his staff was very accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and the employees friendly. The hotel feels historic, yet new and modern. We stayed here the night before flying out of Malpense. We had to wait a while (45 min) for the shuttle to the hotel, but in the AM our shuttle was prompt.

Quiet little place, but very close to Malpensa airport, and has a free shuttle to the airport as well.

Perfect for our needs

Served as a perfect rest place for my family before a long journey from Malpensa airport. Efficient shuttle - you pick a time every 45 minutes; The restaurant's dinner is the best I've eaten in many years, don' miss it.

We came by train, and it was an uncomfortable walkay to go from the train station to the hotel, but if you come to the airport - their shuttle can pick you up

Location was great, close to the rental car drop off and the airport. The staff was very kind and accommodating to our late arrival and guided us to a parking spot inside the property.

I was extremely disappointed because the hotel room was very outdated and did not look like the pictures posted online. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all..dust was EVERYWHERE in the room, floors were dirty, finger prints above the bed. The lights were flickering above the bed on and off all night and the room felt very stuffy unless we opened all the windows. I was very confused on why they had all 9 rating reviews on cleanliness because I would rate it a 1.

This historic hotel is very charming and well-decorated. The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. It's very close to the Milan airport and easy to find. They have a good breakfast spread and the staff is nice and friendly.

There is very limited parking but staff will instruct you on where to park nearby.

We appreciated the shuttle service to/from the hotel from MXP and easy check-in. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was very good, and breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Shuttle driver for pickup was not friendly or helpful.

The room is comfy, close to airport, free airport shuttle, and wonderful staff. A huge highlight is their restaurant, the food is outstanding and the servers are amazing! Be sure to make a reservation in advance to dine. The breakfast buffet is beyond expectations!

It was nice to have a free shuttle from airport to the hotel. The resteraunt and free breakfast buffet was exceptional. The front desk personnel were very helpful and kind.

The shuttle drivers were very quiet on the drive and did not converse with the travelers.

The location was great close to the airport

There wasn't anyone in the front desk for mostly of our stay. We were told we could take a shuttle back from the airport to the hotel free and all dayBut when we arrived at 23:05 they told us it's only until 23:00, and we had to take a taxi instead.We had an early flight, and we had to leave the hotel at around 7am. The breakfast was close(very weird for a near airport hotel) they told us we will get boxes for the shuttle, but we didn't get anything and as I said there wasn't anyone in the front desk we could ask for it.

We love Osteria della Pista. This was a return visit for us as we discovered this hotel some years ago. It is a convenient place to stay near Malpensa with a free shuttle to and from the airport. They have a great restaurant which is also popular with many of the flight crews, so book a table with your stay.

The free shuttle service to the airport was excellent, as was the breakfast. It’s a convenient place to stay when catching a flight the next day.

The heated towel rack in our bathroom would not shut off. I reported it to the front desk but they did not fix it. So we had to keep the bathroom window cracked open in order for it not to feel like a sauna.Also, we ate dinner at the restaurant and the service we received was horrible. The pizza wasn’t that great either.

We had problems with the room temperature. An older building, our room was so hot at night…up to 23.3 c. If we left the windows open there was street noise.

Excellent restaurant and warm Italian hospitality. Convenient location near the airport, yet peaceful with the charm of a traditional small lane.

Not very modern, but that’s part of its authentic character.
