The hotel is excellent.

A little remote to visit Milan. Takes about 15 minutes with the car to the next metro station, then about 30 minutes with the metro to the city center.

It is relatively cheap and breakfast is included.

Our bed sheet was dirty, although replaced based on request, left not a nice impression… overall , the room was not well cleaned.

Clean rooms and areas. The quality of breakfast was good.Great air conditioning in rooms.

The location is acceptable only if you travel by car otherwise not. By car it's half an hour to Milan city center and 1 hour to Como.The corridors smell somewhat like detergent or something.

Bathroom needed some maintenance- Shower wasn’t sealed round the bottom so the bathroom floor flooded every time it was used and the sink was wobbly

The location and price

The hotel has two parts. We stayed in the “residence part”. That part of the hotel isn’t as well maintained and clean as the hotel may be.

Emplacement ok , but the équipements was not really good.

The bed was not comfortable.

The property is on a good location, about 25 minutes from the center of Milan, it has a free parking. We really liked the breakfast (variety of all kind of sweet and salty food), they have also vegan options like coconut yogurt and different plant milks.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Overall, the location is very good for travelers by car. Free convenient parking is available in the private territory near the roadway. Good value for money, quite a variety of hearty breakfasts, rooms with comfortable beds, kettle, mini-bar, slippers and everything you need. Helpful and friendly staff. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (though not cheap) and a McDonald's nearby. By car, you can easily reach the nearest metro station in 10 minutes, park your car there and take the metro to the center of Milan - very convenient.

This time, despite the fact that we stayed in the room as a couple, we were offered only one pair of slippers and one bottle of water as a compliment) In addition, the room was quite cool, despite the fact that we increased the temperature on the remote control considerably.

The breakfast was great, the room was well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was one big red flag: The blankets did not have cover! so what they did was to put bed sheets below and above the blanket. This method might work for a house hold but is extremely annoying and unhygienic for a hotel. During the night that sheets go away and you come in direct contact with an itchy blanket which is not also washed as often as the sheets. This truly was what the heck! the pillows were uncomfortable as well.

It was a basic, clean hotel for a good price. The restaurant attached to the hotel was consistently good.

It was okay, but nothing impressive. Exactly was we expected for the price and location.

Comfortable hotel by meeting all expectations. Breakfast was good with many choices.

The hair dryer was old fashioned one with a wall installed, thick hose type one weak air volume.

The staff are extremely professional and kind. As someone who frequently travels, they appear to be more of 5 star hotel staffers.

The facility (the apartment section, which I stayed in) needs some renovation with regards to the bathroom door, bath tube, and better draining system. However, housekeeping was great. We got the apartment cleaned, and the beds made every day. Overall, the facility is maybe a 3 star with 5 star service. Would I stay here again? For the service, yes. For the facility, I'm not sure.

The hotel had everything up to standard, we were welcome, the room was clean, breakfast was excellent

Nothing to complain about

Clean, tidy. Well appointed. Staff were great when we arrived. Spoke almost perfect English, which helps a non Italian speaker!! Good facilities.

I flushed my toilet before going to bed and it continued to cycle all night. I didn't call reception as I knew the only option was to move rooms and I was too tired from travelling to do that! Breakfast was a bit limited and sadly I have to say that the coffee wasn't up to expectations!

Comfortable and clean for a short stay. Very close to Aquaworld Milan. Hot shower. Beds were Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was extensive considering it was included in the stay.

The woman dropped something under the bed and when she bent down to pick it up, she expected a mountain of dust because no one usually cleans there, but it was impeccably clean. Every towel and the whole room smelled really nice and clean.Every new stay is more and more beautiful to me and helps me to finish the work I have in a rested manner.Extra friendly staff.Great selection of breakfast food along with what my daughter says is the best hot chocolate she's ever had.See you next September
