Clean, great location, friendly staff. Also, the bathroom was suuuuuper nice and the shower water temperature went suuuuuper high and then water pressure was amazing. Just a peak 10/10 experience in winter cold. Super comfy bed, pleasant bedsheets, nice TV. GREAT

The stay was for business, but I definitely believe that I will visit this hotel privately as well. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The breakfasts were very good, and we really appreciated that the breakfast lady was Czech. She made our day better and even recommended places to visit if we came back outside of work.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly and professional. From reception to housekeeping,the team showed genuine care and attention. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surroundings. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Nothing really! The vegetarian options for breakfast could be more. Some olives, salad leaves etc..

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We have received message from hotel saying that our stay is coming to the end and to rate our stay the morning of our check in. Mattress was very uncomfortable, if the other person moved, the whole thing shaked, we didn't get much sleep. AC is impossible to adjust, we were super hot even with the lowest setting and couldn't open the window as our room was located right above entrance with a lot of cigarette smoke coming in. Room only provided one bathrobe and one pair of slippers for 2 people. Shower head was completely broken and water was leaking everywhere, it's difficult to understand why cleaners haven't flagged this to maintenance. During breakfast we were shocked that for the price there is no hot option available, later to discover that hotel staff forgot to tell us that someone will come around and ask us for preference of our eggs, either omelette or schrambled eggs, quite limited option. You only have one cup on your table, so need to choose if you want coffee or tea. In the morning it's impossible to get lift, we used stairs with our luggage. It wasn't a relaxing stay, we were ready to leave, luckily we only booked on night.

Warm and cozy, super friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to Altmarkt

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. it was quiet and on the top floor as requested. Parking in the parking garage.

Small room, felt crumpled for a couple with 2 medium sized luggage.Limited spaces car parkCleaning crew knocking our door every day at 9:30am to clean the room. If people are on holidays and the check out is 11:00 or 12:00, I cannot see a justification for such a hurry other than trying to get people out as soon as possible.

I am not joking when I say this is one of the best hotel experiences I have had over my hundreds of stays through the years. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in every aspect, and the same goes for the overall team. The hotel’s facilities and everything they provided were spectacular inside the room. From the fridge to the amenity kits, to the tea, coffee, hot chocolates, and biscuits, everything was very well managed and very clean.The breakfast is another highlight of the hotel. Even though the selection looks a little narrow at first, there are many great cheeses, cold cuts, and especially bread and pastry choices. I believe they also offer an evening pastries at the entrance, which is a very nice touch. They truly made my Christmas trip feel wonderful.The location was perfect with very easy tram access. And if you do not want to take the tram, you can simply walk to the city or Old Town in about 15 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if my path brings me back to Dresden. Congratulations and thank you to everyone managing and running this hotel.

Great neighborhood, short walk to city center. Beautiful blue interiors, very comfortable bed and blankets, tea and coffee in room, very good shower and water pressure, really good shampoo and conditioner.

The air conditioning system was a little wonky - too loud and since there was no vents in bathroom after taking a shower humidity was real high and you just had to open a window to let some air in as the ac was not managing it good
