Location, room, service breakfast buffet

I am an early riser a d could bot get coffee before 0630 am so that put a dent into my morning routine

Extremely well built. Walking distance to center of town. Friendly staff.

Like most German hotels ice cubes were not available from ice makers and no coffee in rooms.

It is a luxurious and beautifully decorated hotel. We have stayed here before.

On this occasion the swimming pool was closed for renovation. A little disappointing.

Well organised

Big space but big labyrint, connection from garage to hotel slow. Breakfast good. Issue with shower warm/cold can’t imagine this is a non recurring issue

Big sized room. Big comfortable bed. I asked for more pillows and the staff kindly brought them to me. Polite and helpful staff at the reception. Very good breakfast with lots of food choices. Good quality of food and very spacious dining area overlooking the river. The hotel is big, but in winter time we had no problems with the tables during breakfast time. Very spacious hallway with lots of flowers and glass lifts. Good bar. My birthday was during my stay and the hotel kindly presented me with a small bottle of champagne and a birthday card.

The hotel is situated a little bit off the Old city centre and it takes from 5 to 15 minutes to get to the main city attractions. In winter with a lot of snow it was a bit cold and slippery, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem in warmer times.

I came here over the christmas days with my parents and we booked 2 double rooms. Both were very spacious and clean. We asked during the booking to get rooms next to each other and they could accommodate that which made the trip easier. The breakfast was amazing. I can truly say I never had such a great breakfast in a hotel ever before. There were more options that I ever had and also many vegetarian and vegan options! I could have eaten another week there breakfast and wouldnt have gotten bored.The pool and spa area are also great. The pool has a good size and even some extras that can be turned on and the sauna area was also great.Its a short walk to the old historic town.We liked it so much that we already consider to return.

A kettle in the room would be great to make tea in winter

Rooms are spacious. Piano bar has a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast is a fantastic selection !!

Very hot - had to open windows to cool room. No kettleRestaurant staff were poor breakfast was chaos as not attempt was made to stop single or couples taking up a place for four people.

A bit far from old Dresden, but manageable!

Clean, big and beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly. Very large breakfast choice. A lot of parking spots (incl. multiple EV chargers)

Breakfast was very overcrowded, maybe consider giving out time slots for overbooked nights. Parking a bit too expensive.

The location of the property is excellent, offering convenient access to many of the area’s must-see attractions. Its proximity to key sights makes exploring the surroundings easy and enjoyable, which greatly enhances the overall experience for guests.

While my overall experience was pleasant, I believe the hotel’s restaurant might benefit from taking a closer look at both the quality of the food and the pricing. A few thoughtful adjustments in these areas could greatly enhance guests’ satisfaction and make the dining experience even more enjoyable

Hotel is excellent! Very clean and quiet. Pleasent and friendly staff. Comfortable and pretty big room. Underground parking near the hotel. Hotel is situated very close to the historical city center and Opera. There two TV's in the room, big wardrobe, wide and convinient bed. Excellent breakfast, very reach buffet breakfast. We extended our stay for one more day without a problem

There are no slippers and robes in the room. The parking could be cheaper:) Lack of iron and kettle in the room.

The rooms are spacious and cozy. Large bathroom. Great, plentiful breakfast with vegan options. Parking. Spa.

For daily parking they charge 24 euros per day, expensive!!! There is a public parking lot next to the hotel and they charge six euros per day

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dresden. The location is perfect, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast was absolutely incredible — a great variety and excellent quality. I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

The room service menu could be more varied.

The rooms were very spacious (rare these days), buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the whole vibe of the hotel reminded us of a classic maritime hotel with lots of grandeur. It was also walking distance to the major city attractions including the Elbe, which we could view from our room. We, our toddler and his grandparents enjoyed the stay here very much.

Large room, ample bathroom size, great view from window, property in good location.

Nothing other than breakfast option seemed a bit pricey

Breakfast was very good Hotel location is very good ,less than 10 minutes walk to old town and historical sites.Superior twin rooms facing the river has excellent view and spacious.

No bell boy to help handling gusts luggage

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of healthy options.

The dinner was poor. The menu did not reflect what is in the hotel website and the food was mediocre. The wait staff was barely polite and got annoyed when we said we didn’t want the buffet. We had to get up to go to the buffet anyway to choose between one of two main dishes. For a hotel if this quality, I found this unacceptable.
