Very poor

Breakfast was simple, but it was better than nothing. The TV always starts on the same specific channel and at a very high volume (and these settings cannot be changed), which will certainly please those sleeping in the adjacent room. There was a threat to charge for drinks brought into the room at the hotel's price (and it is written only in German). When leaving, I was asked to pay the Dresden city tax, although it was already paid by Booking.com in advance (as was the Berlin city tax a few nights before). And Booking.com is useless in this case as I paid it in cash even though I have a receipt from the hotel. So one point for the reception staff (I would like to give zero).Although the location of the hotel itself is good and the connection to the city is good, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the behavior of the hotel reception staff. If you book well in advance, you can get a hotel closer to the city center or even in the city center for almost the same price.

The breakfasts were great - continental and a good helping of omlette. Everyone was very helpful. The radiator in the room was great. The hotel wasn't far from the city as there was a regular tram which I took. The shower / wash facillities were excellent.

A bigger douvet would've been better. There isn't much not to like really.

I stayed here over New Year's with friends and we had a great stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but everything is very easy to reach with public transport. I highly recommend this place! It's great value for money.

Easy to get to the hotel, good transport connections, friendly reception, well-equipped room. Good value for money. I recommend it!

The receptionist did not want to issue an invoice and wanted to put it on to me to contact booking.com.Even after I tried for almost 30 minutes to explain how invoices work and showed the section in the booking.com partner information.Can absolutely not recommend. I was really stressed afterwards.

The staff didn't notice me at my arrival. They couldn't finde our reservation in the first place. The boss was very unfriendly to his staff.The change the check-in time without telling me. Even after the later check-in time just 1 of three rooms where ready. We thought they will do it in the afternoon. When we came back around midnigth one room still wasn't clean. The staff changed the lining and towels, but of cause they didn't clean the bathroom.You always need to lock the doors otherwise everybody can open them.In one room there were seperate beds with different sizes...The curtains were quite dirty and everything looked quite used.

Convenient location, near the tram stop

There is no air conditioning, if you sleep with the window open, it is very noisy, because there is a road nearby

The hotel is next to a transit stop, which has a tram running to both Hauptbahnhof and Neustadt train station. The location is 24/7 accessible. Next to it is a discounter for necessities and the rooms are well designed and all the necessary features are there. The bathroom has all the necessary fluids like soap and there are enough towels for each guest. They are changed on a daily basis.

The key plus card for power combination is kinda weird, but usable. The key dangling on the card is not really a deal-breaker, but it is unusual. With the convenience of having a tram next to the hotel, it is also noisy on the street side of the hotel, especially with traffic of cars and tram running on it and the people walking on the street.

The suite was a good size, comfortable and clean, quiet room even though overlooking main street, location is great, 1min from tram stop that goes to altstadt and 1min walk to supermarket. Bathroom had a big shelf space for makeup/toiletries, a good thing personally

Would be nice if they also added coffee bags/sachets & little milk sachets in the room, they only had tea bags but they did have water which was nice

Staf tried it’s best for fix our problems… breakfast basic but ok;Tramway stop in from of the door easy to go to the city center.

No WiFi working inside the dormitory; old keys; cleaning more that 5 times open de room to clean when you still are in bed; no option to hang a “do not disturb” request at the door. Tiny safety box; old fridge making constant noise. The carpet in the room with an old odour to cigarette….

Nice hotel with decent, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I enjoyed the stay.

Though the hotel is very good reachable by public transport (24h tram as well as s-bahn) it is quite far from the center or the Neustadt area. Only minor thing is that the front is located on a very busy street with the noisy tram passing all night.

Dirty. Staff didnt speak english. Added charge for hygiene is ridiculous. Price crazy for what it was.

Well connected to the city centre. The room was clean.
