The price does not match the quality, poor choice of breakfast dishes, expensive parking, high price for dog accommodation, paid sauna.

I’m sufficiently satisfied with this place and would stay here again! Everything was clean, staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for much more for what my budget was :)

It’s located a little bit away from the city, but it wasn’t not too bad since we knew this when we booked it and it’s easily connected by public transport. My partner didn’t like the German style pillows because they are quite soft.

Location was easily accessible by tram or car. People at the reception desk were professional and friendly.

When we arrived, the room smelled like vomit. The headrest of the bed was not wiped clean (it was quite dusty). The walls in the room could use a fresh coat of paint. Soundproofing, despite advertised, is not the best.

Good location for getting into town centre.Bed was comfy and room was clean.

There was a smell of cigarettes but not over powering. No kettle or tea/coffee available. Road can be noisy if window is open.

I didn’t enjoy the stay....

It was REALLY cold in the room. The corridor on floor was much warmer. I slept with a separate mobile heater for the first time in my life.The mattress on the bed wasn’t comfortable. I slept bad, didn’t get a proper rest.

Nothing! It’s a little bit out of the city centre but we wanted to be closer to the Neustadt.

The staff were kind and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Many nice food places around.

The room was too small and didnt even have a water kettle for making coffee / tea. The toilets were too cramped

Lower score as we did not like the bed and pillows. Airco did not work well?? Did have a very bad night of sleep. Quality of breakfast not great. Expensive parking. Hotel is overpriced for what you get

It was a fairly standard hotel experience overall — expectations were met, but not exceeded. The views are decent, though not breathtaking, with glimpses of the old town visible on the horizon. I was happy that the hotel honored my request for a higher floor. Connections to the city center are adequate, and the tram stop is conveniently nearby. The bathroom was quite nice and provided shampoo, conditioner (? — there were 3 tubes in any case), shower gel, and liquid soap. 2 mineral water bottles (as a pretty standard welcome gift) was also a nice touch.

No hotel slippers were provided (we didn’t ask since we were checking out so soon). It was a one-night stay, and both keycards stopped working that very evening — we had to get new ones from the reception. I understand this can happen anywhere and isn’t specific to the hotel, but it had never happened to me so quickly before.Also, although this may sound like childish envy — I’m simply pointing out the oddity — even though I booked and paid for the room, the welcome message mentioned only my companion and not me, despite the booking being clearly under my name.

All went well, parking on the street but without problems. Nice, spacious and clean room, comfortable bathroom. I like that Lidl is close, convenient if you need to buy something.

Very good hotel, rooms are clean an comfortable. Overally good value for money. Dont miss the breakfast !

It dosnt have pool and also spa is not included. SPA is only 5 euro per person

I like the proximity to the city center and tram stops. It also has a gym space. Breakfast was good.

Hotel located relatively close to the city center, just a few tram stops away (tram no. 3, with the station about a 5-minute walk from the hotel), well equipped, clean, with a spacious underground parking, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

Family friendly and supermarket and a few restaurants were close by. Easily walkable to many attractions.
