Pros +
- Super friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast, nice, clean, and quiet rooms.
- I underestimated it first based on some reviews, this hotel is amazing, absolutely. Location, quality of room, kind and helpful personal, excellent breakfast and 'cake till 17:00!'. There is just nothing to complain about, only thing I want to tell them - please, please, keep it like this, I will stay at your hotel every time I pass eastern Germany.
- Beautiful room with balcony :) close to cosy neighborhood in Neustadt
Cons -
- Not much to complain about... the hotel is a bit out of the way, but really only ten to twenty minutes by foot to get to bars and restaurants, and maybe another ten minutes to reach the old town with all the sightseeing highlights. Hotel is part of a retirement home so very quiet - I actually think that is a plus :) Parking is in a garage across the street but that has a 1.9m height limit - don't plan on taking the Van. Parking on the street is busy and you need luck to find a spot.
- All good!
