Clean, helpful staff, parking available

Stuff was very friendly.

I was there with my wife and 6 months old son and first night it was freezing. Also instead of two TVs you can sell both and buy one smart one. I checked and hotel was opened in 2023, which is like two years ago. Who’s idea was to put non-smart TV in the rooms? crazy

Perfect hotel. All was excellent: room is clean and cozy, staff is nice and helpful, location is good (tram station is nearby, center is not far away), breakfast was amazing. Some important details: (i) the towels for the kid were included, (ii) we rented parking place for 24 hours, but we were allowed to stay for about 27 hours for free, full understanding,

Very big room with a huge shower. Excelent breakfast quite expensive, though.

It was very hot in the rooms and I couldn’t get the temperature down.

Great hotel—very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh and beautifully served each morning. The location is excellent, close to the old town. We were there for the Christmas market, and we will no doubt return to this hotel the next time we visit Dresden.A special shout-out to all the staff, but especially to Mauritus (sorry if I’ve spelled the name incorrectly), who was wonderful every morning at breakfast with his kindness and patience. The staff truly play a big part in what makes this hotel so good!

Nothing really

The location of the hotel is great, parking garage is easy to access and the staff was friendly.

The room with a double bed had two beds with separate matresses pushed together. The beds move as you sleep and it's uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay here again,

It was an amazing hotel — everything was top-notch: a huge parking area, delicious and diverse breakfast, and spacious, comfortable rooms.

The restaurant at the hotel was superb, featuring middle eastern cuisine. By car the hotel was easy to access. It was about 30 minute walk to the centre of the city.

Showerhead was brokenThe room is not spacious (the bathroom is in the same space as the bedroom, which would be uncomfortable when traveling with someone).

We really liked the receiption person Lena Sakautzki. She was very helpful and very kind. Please give her a bonus.It made it all so much more relaxed. Breakfast was also pretty good

The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we ever had. The staff was friendly and did accommodate our requests. On-site parking is with 18E outside and 22E in the garage a bit on the expensive side.

The hotel is modern and comfortable, everything was very clean (except for a black hair detected on a blanket of the cleaning staff I suppose :/ which was not nice at all!)The lady at the reception was super nice and kind.

As I mentioned before- a hair on a blanket.Also, when we were still in our room ( we had like an hour left before checking out) and the note "do not disturb" was on the door, the cleaning guy knocked our door, he for sure saw the note do not disturb!

The place was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. It was quiet, and not too far from the center

They charge 32.14 [sic] Euro for overnight parking. It feels arbitrarily excessive, especially for a place like Dresden - not a big city after all. Probably it makes the "sticker price" of a room look lower, while they look for every opportunity to make extra margin.

The breakfast was amazing

The towels are changed every three days but they weren’t changed at our third day. We asked to the reception but nothing happened.

Stylish new hotel where almost every need is meet. Comfy bed, very nice breakfast and right next to the river and a bike path. Water and fruit available at the reception. Wireless charging bedside tablet was great.

The bathroom had mold which was promised it will be seen to. It was a pity that such a nice location did not offer (except for the bar) any outdoor place where you could chill, e.g. with a book. If the hotel had had a pool, that would be just it for us.

Spacious and clean. Good access to grass for our dog directly from our apartment. Secure parking beneath hotel.

Additional charge for parking in the hotel grounds or underground car park a little pricey.

Great location, perfect service, excellent breakfast!
