    Pros +

    • Very helpful staff. Free lemon water for guests.
    • Decent hotel for a short stay. Nothing special and no clear disappointments.
    • It was a very simple check-in and check-out. There was plenty of space for people in the morning for breakfast. The parking was attached and simple to find.

    Cons -

    • It was really cold in the room. Breakfast was quite basic.
    • The building itself was outdated and wasn't clean. The staff, though they were quick and effeiciant they, clearly didn't like their jobs as they were a bit rude and unfriendly. Nowhere on the website, or signs, or booking did it say you needed to pay for parking. But when you check in, you have to pay almost 20 for the parking, which is wild since it is a dirt parking spot behind the building by all the trash cans and dumpsters. The cleaning staff were working all day and night, as you could hear them going through the hallways and rooms with their machines and supplies. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything. That includes the roads outside, the tvs and people talking from above you and next door. If you are on the first floor, you are so close to the lobby that you can hear people coming in and out of the hotel at all times. The bathrooms were so small that a normal-sized person could barely fit in the shower, and their legs would hit the door when you are using the toilet. The bed was as hard as a roc,k and the pillows weren't even pillows, they were so flat that you needed to fold it to make a normal German pillow. The tv romote didn't work, and the staff at the desk didn't have any batteries to replace. The blinds and curtains were so thin that the street lights that were right outsidecame into the room. The breakfast was so small that you needed to wait 20 mins for the staff to bring more food because after three or four people, it was empty. The choices were so minimal that you were definitely going to be hungry if you didn't like bread, milk, or cheese. The cups for the coffee machine were dirty, and it ran out of milk, and no staff were there to assist. All of this would have been ok if I paid maybe 20 for the night with breakfast, but for what I paid, which was almost 4 times that amount, I was not happy and will not be staying there again or recommend it to anyone.
    • Breakfast could be more rich in fresh vegetables. During our stay, they were all (tomatoes, cucumbers & peppers) mixed in the bowl, looking definately not encouraging

Room & bathroom were clean and warm, bed comfortable + internet. All what is needed

    Great staff, open bar 24h

It can be a bit noisy if your room is near the elevators. The rooms are a bit old. The location is okay, but requires taking two public transport to get to the center/Neustadt.

It was well kept and comfortable

Very thin walls and a little noisy. But the neighbours were considerate

    Location / Clean / Quite. 24 / 7 Reception.

The guy at reception during check-in didn’t know a couple of things about Dresden, which are very important for tourists. Also, they charged the city tax again, even though it was already paid online via Booking.

    8FilipPosted on: 11-12-2025

Quick check-in, very good wi-fi, good breakfast, big room.

Additional tax and parking fee to be paid after arrival thst makes the room 15€ more expensive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nicely furnished and very comfortable. An excellent breakfast.

It's close to the highway and the staff speaks English

Abusive parking price, poor room, stains on the carpet

    7TracyPosted on: 8-29-2025

    Comfortable bed

Extra 10 euro fee to park. No air-con. Orange juice at breakfast wasn’t, it was very very weak squash.

Location was pretty good for us, distant from the buzzier Alt Stadt (zentrum), and easy to find in Neustadt. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and good-sized.

We had to add an extra fee of 10€ for parking the car. Also could have done with a blackout curtain because of the morning brightness

    Location, breakfast.

    8TiborPosted on: 8-5-2025

Good location close to the highway, parking on the street was free.

A bit loud close to the main road, walls are thin.

    3PetarPosted on: 8-4-2025

    Poor

I don't like to give negative comments, but here I have to. When you book a room it doesn't say that the toilet is outside the room. If the price we paid is what you expect, the toilet is in the room and that you don't have to share it with anyone. And I don't know if I speak for every woman, for us it's even worse. That I have to wash and disinfect the toilet before I go, because I don't know who was in it before me. In addition, the shower cabin should also be replaced. Before you book at this hotel, read the comments..

    clean room

The staff was very unfriendly. Got in touch with two different shifts at the reception (for check-in and check-out) but both were very unfriendly - somehow bothered that someone came in and made them work by saying hello and give you the keys.

    9ViyaletaPosted on: 7-14-2025

The staff is very polite and helpful with any questions — communication was possible in both English and Russian. It's a pet-friendly hotel (€15 per pet per night), and parking is available for €10 per night

It would be great to have at least a kettle and some water in the room
