INNSIDE Dresden

Location was fantastic - walking distance to most everything we wanted to visit.

The price I paid was not worth the Hotel - ---Euro a night. I got better service and amenities in Berlin for half the price. They had self-service fruit, coffee, water 24 hours. Dresden small water/juice in room - only cleaned 1 time in 4 day stay.

Great central location. Very good breakfast. The Town House room is amazing. Spacious and stylish. You can open the windows and get an amazing bathrobe. Beautiful wellness downstairs.

You do not need to visit the Vista bar. Spend more time in the wellness.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful, quiet location, away from the city hustle but still within reach of everything. It’s quite a large hotel geared towards short stays, yet the breakfast area is spacious enough. The rooms are soundproofed. What I really appreciate about this type of hotel are the spacious rooms—ours even had a separate toilet. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, though nothing surprising.

Parking is limited and uses a mechanical stacking system with metal platforms

Good location to Christmas markets. Nice bar on 6th floor with amazing cocktails. Accommodating front desk staff. Coffee in rooms was very much appreciated.

When we first checked in our room smelled terribly of sewage, so they quickly allowed us to switch to a different room. The second room was better, but in the bathroom around the toilet, there was still a sewage smell, but much less than the first room. Price for the basic room was extremely high due to Christmas market season most likely, even though I booked months in advance.

Location for Christmas markets. In room safe. Very nice bathroom and shower. Excellent breakfast 5*.

Plastic furniture, thin bedcovers. No coffee service after breakfast albeit the coffee machine was accessible in lobby area. Bar on 6th floor is very expensive. Very modern hotel.

Some furniture is pretty old, those “leather” beige sofas are old and “leather” cover of one of them slipped off the mattress and it looked untidy

The sauna was not working at the moment and they didn’t care to inform me about that or even put that up on the website . The heating system in the room was not so good either

Location was great, right next to Frauenkirche

We were out at 10am, returned at 6pm and our room hadn’t been serviced. That said, when I spoke to reception we had clean towels & water within the hour

All great! Close to center, great front desk, parking easy and affordable, good size quiet room with lots of amenities.

Only 1 free water and rest was expensive.

The room was amazing. Location and juice and water in the fridge filled up each day. Nice strong coffee as well.

Hotel has not provided the invoice as I've requested. When contacting them, they hung up the phone. Looks like they are not comfortable with English speaking

The building, the finishes, the atmosphere, the smell

Maybe the breakfast was not that tasty but maybe because it is german food

I didn't find the bed very comfortable. It was not uncomfortable but could have been better. I also thought my room decor was a little tired.

Excellent hotel for a short stay in Dresden. Its main advantage is the perfect location, just next to Neumarkt. The building is beautiful and modern, and everything is new.

The breakfast could have had more kinds of bread, but in general, it lived up to our expectations. The pillows were a bit too soft.
