The location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, and we especially thank Bayram for his kindness and interest. :)

Location. The staff was very nice but it did not help for the experince

The facility. The room heating did not work properly. The parking entrance is a tirabl. And the room it self big but extremely useless. It is a cheap and non functional. Every thing pretend to be a five start and it is less than two. The beds are sperated even they promised it is a double bed. There is one funny thing they have wine fridge in the room. Make u feal like u r the long of England..

I had a very comfortable stay in Dresden. The hotel’s location is excellent — right next to the Altmarkt Christmas Market, which made the experience even more special.Beyond that, it’s within easy walking distance of the city’s main sights, so getting around on foot was very convenient. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well maintained, offering a high level of comfort throughout the stay. Overall, a very good hotel that I would gladly choose again.

Located in the center near altmarkt. Close to tram stop. Very modern clean and well equipped hotel.

Right next to the hotel, the kreuzkirche (a church) had som enormous bells which started working early in the morning.

View

- The exhaust fan doesn’t work — after using the toilet, the smell lingers for half an hour- The shower head is broken- Blackout curtains are needed — it’s impossible to sleep- The beds are unstable and squeak- No fresh air circulation- No Netflix, no YouTube- The pillows are terrible

Location was superb and spa facilities were spot on.

Major issue with the lifts on last day. Colleagues were struggling to cope with the pressure this put upon them. They admirably remained calm and professional. They needed a better contingency plan. Signage to stairs from car park was poor and then to get back to car park reliant on a hotel colleague leaving the front desk to unlock a door. Whilst this was done professionally and kindly, it led to more delays at check out. Far better to have a colleague looking after the door from the checkout period rather than add to the issues at check out. Felt it was relatively expensive and not great value for money.

location and how the dog was treated

The pillows, the breakfast not as good as nh dortmund, some of the cooked food was not fresh. More care and creativity was taken at nh dortmund. criossants over baked. for both coffee could be better

Had a very comfortable stay. Restaurants, cafes, shopping and Christmas markets within easy walking distance.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable room and bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The apartment was big and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We also appreciated having a good wifi connection. At the reception we were first greeted by a lady, who was rather stressed, but later on Jörn helped her out and he was very professional and helpful. He offered us an upgrade for a decent price difference and the cleaning staff was prompt to arrange the apartment.

Location...helpfull staff...the room is same as the advertisement in the booking...excellent breakfast...stay again

Right at the Christmas Market. Window facing bell tower. Great breakfast.

Couldn’t use the parking garage, issue with gate. Found another parking lot.
