Comfy, cozy, safe, great breakfast, clean.

It is a very nice hotel in a beautiful town. There is also a small pool. The staff was very welcoming and helping. Thank you very much.

Lovely stay, a very modern and comfortable room. We had amazing views to the mountains and they also offer a private spa (jacuzzi, infrared- and finnish sauna) for only 10€ per person.The staff were really nice and accomodating, we forgot a pair of earrings at the hotel which they were more than happy to send back to our country by post.Parking availbable near the hotel for 7€.

Since there were room availables we were upgraded for free to a bigger room. That was very kind !We loved also the small spa in the hotel, for just 10 euros per person you can get access to a whirpool, finnish sauna and infrared sauna. The breakfast choice was amazing, there was more than everything you can think of.We also found very valuable the dinner choice and i loved the huge choices of salads and vegetables they had.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size. Friendly staff and great breakfast everyday. Ate one evening meal at the hotel which was also lovely

The property is in very good location with a bus stop and very good restaurants near by. The best thing about this hotel is staff - everyone is super friendly helpful and they really make you feel welcomed.

Only one plug worked - and that was the one in the bathroom- which only worked when the light was on! Ahah it was extremely hard to charge anything.

The staff, the location in town, the breakfast. Everything.Teresa in the lobby told me about a local dish called carne salad, meat salad. That is the best kind of salad. Would recommend.

The parking is a little walk away, but that really does not matter. It's a nice walk in a small town. The pool is not heated. But that did not stop the kids.

Very friendly and helpful staff, really exceptional. The room was clean. The bathroom was great, plenty of room in the shower!

I had the beef burger for dinner; it was overcooked, dry and tasteless, I left half of it, which I never usually do.The room was strangely organised with a "lost" space behind the bed head which wasted about 1/4 of the available room area.

Great hotel near Torbole/Lake Garda. The best thing is the staff; I was arriving so late and their communication throughout was amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

First of all, I would like to highlight the cosiness of the hotel. The warm welcome and the nice room made our stay great. The second thing I would like to mention is the breakfast: a large buffet with tasty food and always smiling staff made the start of the day pleasant.

We were given a free voucher on transport, museums etc. It came in handy to get to the Lake and back to the hotel. Some of the staff were lovely and very welcome! The bathroom was clean and very spacious which was great.

The breakfast was all right, eggs were finished before 09:00 and when asked for more eggs, the lady was not very enthusiastic to make any more but she made an omelette (breakfast ends at 10:00) - dinner was okay, the desert options were all right, fresh fruits is just whole fruits in bowl given with a knife and plate. We paid extra for AC and the AC didn’t really work, the room was 28 degrees with the AC on.

Great hotel! It's quite and not that big. We liked te atmosphere.Nice, little swimming pool were you can relax.You can walk to Lake Garda but it's a 30 min walk down and up when you come back.Breakfast was perfect! A lot of choices: toast, fresh bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, all different kinds of pastries.We really enjoyed our stay!!Room;We had a quatriple room. Not so spacious for 4 people but clean and a nice bathroom. The only thing we missed was a little refrigerator.

Everything was perfect!

Lovely little pool, our kids enjoyed swimming there. Beautiful little village, kids also enjoyed playground over the corner.Great dinner asi Well.

Cleanness, air-conditioning and balcony overlooking the mountain and pleasant local street.

Lack of fridge and electric kettle in the room I would consider as a serious disadvantage. There were also troubles with access to the internet via open WiFi.
