Amazing staff, great location for hiking, cycling, and walking in the nature, not located in a touristy place like the other ones, extremely clean and spacious room. We had a few requests from the staff and they were happy to deliver.

It was unfortunately cold as the heating didn't work (apparently due to the laws but I wouldn't know). Most of the "default" or "basic" amenities weren't supplied unless asked for (such as a kettle, some water, a glass or two). The floor was very cold and there weren't any slippers included, so we had to pay for slippers which is crazy.

Wow, great location and view! Even though the place is on the main road, you hear nothing when the windows are closed. There are window shutters, and the bed is super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Some breakfast products are not refilled, so who wake up early may have better breakfast. AC is very loud. Our room faced the street and traffic, which started at 5AM, could be heard in our room.

Great stay, we get bigger room for the same price. The owner was extremly nice and friendly, which made experience even more special.

Very rude host.If you arrive after 8pm they will punish you 40 eur late check in fee.We came with our 4 yr old child and been charged 15 eur extra for the baby sleeping in the same bed with us.Heating or cooling, AC didn't work.Cleanliness questionable, spiders, dust on furniture.Mold on the wall behind the breakfast table.Poor breakfast choice.

Good location near the bus stop. In 3 days the car didn’t have to be used in heavy traffic. Everyone was kind and helpful. The breakfast homenade cakes were divine.

Very nice and friendly receptionist, nice welcome and always willing to advise and help - such an approach is rarely seen, very clean room, rich and tasty selection at breakfast, nice view from the balcony and bathroom, nice design, the accommodation is located in the beautiful village of Nago di Torbole near Lago di Garda, the overall impression of the stay was excellent, we will be happy to come back

The only negative thing was the quite noisy road in front of the hotel

We really liked this apartment. We enjoyed the great view from the balcony and the delicious breakfast. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. There is a small but free parking in the courtyard next to the hotel, also the location is convenient for visiting Nago Torbole or Riva del Garda.

Location, location, location. It was close to all the sites we wanted to visit; Arco, Riva del Garda, Tenno, Lago do Tenno, Limone.. .The room was very spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional, a very good choice of breads, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, coffees......The reception was very friendly and efficient, not to forget Nonna who was there with kind words and affection.

- Having a balcony was nice (not the view and noise)- The bathroom was good, but they should add a curtain to the window, because everyone outside could enjoy watching us taking a shower- Good place to put our clothes in the room- The room was ok, but for the price that we paid it could have been better

- The staff was really rude and agressive- They were flushing toilet problems- They were air conditioning problems- When something was finished at the breakfast, they didn't put it again - Breakfast time slot is really small- The hotel is right on a fuel station - The hotel is on the main road, if you want a nice view don't go there - We had spiders in our room - Discrimination for clients We had flushing toilet problems and couldn't use it, the staff said they will correct it, they didn't do it, afterwards said that they didn't have time to do it right now, we said that we couldn't use the toilet... Air conditioning wasn't working, staff lied and said that it was in the whole hotel, which wasn't true. They said we don't have any other room left, you can leave the hotel if you are unhappy. Furthermore, the staff was aggressive, insulting us, and was only speaking in German and Italian, even if they knew we didn't speak any of the languages. All the problems that were in the hotels, were not the staff's problems, if you are complaining they will tell you either that you are lying, either that it's not their problems and they can't do anything.

Very clean, OK breakfast (few choices but very tasty).

I'll just say this : I've been to countless countries in Europe and around the world, but this was one of the worst staff. They are extremely rude (especialy the blond one in the morning), extremely condescending and when they don't know what lie to say anymore they suddently refuse to speak english (which they do very well) and have the nerve to say (I quote) "you come to Italy you speak italian, basta".We felt like undesirable guests, at 100€/night we expected a minimum of decency. Awfull human beings.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room is big with 2 balconies and spacious bathroom . Everything was very clean and room was cleaned every day. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. Great breakfast breakfast with various choice of food.
