Wonderful breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is clean and cozy, the services were so good. The breakfast was big enough and very tasty.The room was very clean and full of everything you need.

Nice location, good breakfast, big room for a single traveller, quiet area.

The air conditioner is not working. It's some kind of a green system (see photos) but it doesn't cool down the room. I was in June , the first week but it was already too hot in the room. I would avoid the hotel during summer. They don't have fans...

The breakfast was good.

Booked over 2 months before arrival & asked for a high floor with a balcony. On arrival was given ground floor. Every other hotel i have stayed in can give a simple request like that. The spa pool on the roof was closed at the end of April when the weather was fine. A hot spa pool should be open all year.The rooms are small & bathroom tiny. The hotel has been overrated by other guests.It looks good on booking.com and the photos make it look bigger than it is.

There was no fridge in the bedroom, and the front desk guy couldn't help us put our drink in a fridge to cool it. There was no vent in the windowless bathroom, which wasn't nice. Good breakfast, though.

Clean, comfortable and close to town.

The walk on foot to reach the hotel was on a narrow single track road which at time has no walk way, it’s very quiet though, so not too bad, just a bit nervous in case a car came as some parts nowhere to stand back.

Great welcome, very well situated - bit off the main road, but everything can be reached walking.

Parking situation is a bit tight as in most parts of Italy

Comfortable and clean, good car parking, lovely breakfast.

The breakfast buffet is full of choices, many healthy ones and and it's possible to make your own juice. It's very cosy and small, feels very relaxed. The room size is fine and there are terraces to every room with plenty of room to dry towels and bathers. It's nice and clean with lovely bath products.

The A/C is a bit too "green" and did not cool the room very well. Luckily the night breeze did the job.Also the owner has a bit of an attitude, which is kind of quirky, she seems unkind, but it's possible it's just a language barrier.

Very clean, nice view to the mountain from the balcony, comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast. Very comfortable chech in after chech in hours (keys were left at the lobby)

Quietness of surroundings, view.

Low WiFi range. You can’t spend time on balcony using WiFi. Low pressure and temperature of water.

Location, room arrangement, personal and breakfast was good.

Friendly reception, very good breakfast filled with fresh regional products, clean comfortable room.

We liked the whole concept of the hotel, they put a lot of emphasis on sustainability. The room was clean and spacious with a little balcony. We liked the breakfast, the staff was there to refill everything the whole time.The location is excellent, walking distance to the restaurants and lake, that is what we liked the most. The check in and check out was easy and parking was not an issue.

The only thing that was a little bit unfortunate that the electrical charging stations for electric cars didn't work during our stay.

Super friendly staff, Great with kids and nice breakfast. Rooms are completely sound proof.

A little difficult to find without a sat nav.
